ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? This is the second time they didn't put chicken on my Savannah Salad. Then when i addresses it, they gave me the salad, I received 3 little nugget size pieces. I've ordered this salad for as long as I can remember them having it and NEVER EVER experienced anything like this before. If you're gonna skimp on the chicken then the price should also change. I feel robbed for the 2nd time. What is going on? I know it's a staff shortage but what does that have to do with not giving me what I'm paying for? I'm very disappointed. Very. No more at this location.

Up charge for brown avocado? Major disappointment, first time here and last! I was excited to try this place. Rest of salad was good but nothing spectacular like Chopt across the street...they're stellar! Knew as I dug, the bottom greens would be past their due date too. Their service is much better than here...if someone is on their cell phone, you shouldn't hold up the check out line, you should ask the cell phone user to step aside vs staring at them waiting to figure out their inability to order from the right place. Thanks for a waste of time and money!

This will be ignored by management I'm sure but they've to do better at this location. Used to go her frequently; I'm done. Ordered sandwiches, missing parts. Walked in today and order two turkey jalapeno crunch sandwiches. Spoke clearly to the woman taking the order; waited 15-20 minutes; brought out the wrong sandwiches. Oh can we make you the correct sandwiches? No, I don't have another 20 minutes to wait around to see if you get it right this time; I gotta work too. More reliable just to order online at times; robots/automation better than humans? Maybe. But like all restaurants now, they want to charge high prices because their increased costs for doing the same job worse every time. I'm done.

I am not from this area and was looking for a place for dinner that wasn't fast food. I stumbled upon McAlister's Deli and I am SO HAPPY I DID! I've only had the pleasure of ordering a chipotle chicken & bacon spud, cheddar broccoli soup and an iced tea. Everything was delicious. I wish I was staying longer in this area so I could sample more of their menu items. If I'm ever back in this area I will be eating here. I thought the prices were reasonable until I got my food. I think I under paid. Servers were pleasant and food came out fast.

Nice place! We went there in the late afternoon. I ordered the Club sandwich with mac&cheese side. (I know but I had to try it.)Hubby ordered a Reuben with chips. We each added a pickle spear to our meal and a drink. My sandwich was very good. Honey mustard instead of mayo was pleasant and tasty. Although, for the price which isn't really so bad now days I thought there could have been more meat on it. (Even though I only ate half of it, carried out the other half and ate it later.) We spent $25.64. The mac & cheese was nothing to write home about but good enough. And wow! Whatever pickles they are serving are delicious! Hubby enjoyed his reuben and chips. No complaints from him. The staff was very friendly, everyone was observing Covid rules staff and customers. The lobby could use a good dusting but the tables were clean.
