Qdoba Mexican Eats - Brentwood

First time to this location. The food was great, and the gentleman who helped me was very courteous. My only reason for the missing star is that for some reason I couldn't order ahead online like I can with my regular store. Also I had signed up for the rewards and was given an email saying I could get free chips and queso but between myself and the gentleman, neither of us could actually figure out how to properly redeem it. Doesn't seem that it should be so difficult.

Greeted by a very complacent woman of color. Once we tried to make our order, she took her time in attending to us. She and the other employee were busy talking. Our business didn't seem to matter even though the restaurant was empty at 12:30 on Friday. What she fixed us was cold and mostly rice. A waste of $20. I'll never waste my time with this location again

Don’t expect curbside at this place. The app lets you place it but they act like it’s the end of existence on the planet when you call for pickup. I haven’t been talked to so rudely in years. The lady sighed and said “we will bring it out when we can but it’s going to be about 10 minutes” and hung up. This place is in a huge parking lot. How would they even know where to find me. I went in and got the food but the lady who answered the phone needs to be afforded the chance to find new employment. Not going back. Food was blah too.

I only eat here like once a year and think I am done after this last visit. Got the three cheese nachos to go. They put the chips on the side which was fine. However I literally only ordered shredded cheese, black beans, lettuce, pico de Gallo, and corn salsa. The bowl of toppings was very runny like soup. Everything was drowning in the cheese. If you look at the pic, it shouldn’t be soupy. Maybe the queso just needs to be separated from everything else for to go orders? Either way someone should have been able to tell that it didn’t look right when bagging it. I ate some of it because I was extremely hungry but it quickly begin to gross me out. I threw the rest out.

I was refused service for not having a mask. I respect the establishments policy, but did not have a mask with me at the moment. I asked them if they could provide a mask since they were requiring. I was told they did not have disposable masks and they refused to take my order. They said I can order online and then walk in to pick up my order (without a mask), but I couldn't place my order in store. That makes absolutely no sense!!! Save your money and support companies that have at the very least common sense policy. If you're going to require a mask then you should be prepared to provide one to customers that don't have one at the time of service. You don't turn customers away. That's sales 101. Very disappointing.
