Jet's Pizza

Jets - please care more about the quality and the speed of delivery!! Quoted 1 hour - delivery 1 hour 35 minutes. Cold pizza, half of salad rotten & looked like it should be thrown away. Driver knocked very loud on the door handed pizza and held his hand out for the tip before I took it out of my pocket!

Went in to order a large deep dish pizza. The girl that took my order told me it would be ready in 10 minutes. 25 minutes later I was able to leave with my pizza. When you get busy you should tell the customer that it's going to take a little bit longer. Don't just tell then one thing and not say anything to them at all. Management needs to train their employees better on their customer service skills.

I have been ordering from Jet's pizza for three years a couple times a month. This is the third time I have been disappointed with my order as of late. Not sure what has happened as we always had great experience before. Two of my past orders have been wrong and I had to complain. Today i ordered and 1 hour and 20 minutes later i called to complain. The person that answered the phone didn't even answer but said I would need to talk to a manager. After holding for several minutes he came back on the phone and said there was a mix up. He said they were leaving now. I get a call 10 minutes later that they have an invalid address for me but they are getting ready to leave. Which means I will get the pizza in another 30 minutes and it will no doubt be cold. Disappointing and they are losing a loyal customer.

I've been here twice now and both visits were disappointing. I couldn't remember what we didn't like about the first visit so we gave it another chance on Friday. I called in an order before I left my office in downtown Nashville so I could pick it up on the way home. I was told it would take 25-30 minutes which was perfect as gps said I would get there in right at 30 minutes. When I arrived, I paid and was told it wasn't quite ready yet. There were several others standing and waiting so I joined with them, no big deal. I waiting as everyone else's name was called as their orders came out. I waited until it had been exactly 1 hour since I called in my order (having stood there for 30 minutes) and went back up to check to see when mine would be ready. The young lady at the counter went to check the line and finally looked in the warming oven where mine had been sitting. I understand this isn't a huge thing but it's frustrating at the end of a long week to have my time wasted because they can't run properly. There are enough other good pizza options around that I don't plan on going back.
