Starbucks

Normally I would give this store 5 stars and I understand being understaffed but people with later pickup times are getting their drinks before me and that sucks. Seems as though squeaky wheels are getting the grease at this location while patiently waiting people get shoved to the end of the line. That's not how things should work.

I ordered off the app, I have not used it much so I just estimated what time to pick up the drink. It was cold I asked Halle to remake it and she had a very strong attitude back and proceed to to whisper to other baristas as I stood aside. She handed the drink back and commented “ next time watch how long you’re gonna take” The employees do not greet or seem to be happy to be there.

it was a worst customer service. i never give a review. The employees are beyond rude. i ordered a Strawberry refresher with No water added in. after i saw them adding water i try to reminded and mentioned to them that no water they still added it come out from their. iI was told them, the employees was admitted. i was ask for a refund and they’re refused.

They need to learn the difference between a macchiato, cappuccino, and americano. We asked for a doppio espresso and the person at the register put it in as an americano. When we explained the drink to the barrista, they gave us a cappuccino. If you work at a coffee shop you need to learn the difference between different drinks.

I don't usually come to this specific location, but stopped In because they had a certain drink available while my normal location was out of It. I visited during the morning rush as well. I did a mobile order but arrived before my drink was ready. The barista was very kind, and I could tell she was stressed with so many customers waiting. She continued to hold a stream of conversation with the customers saying 'Oh your drink Is next' or 'Dont worry, I haven't forgot about you' I thought she was really sweet while under pressure. The drink she made for me was good too, didn't miss anything with my request for no whip! (Alot of baristas forget this detail from time to time) It's the limited Smoked Butterscotch Frapaccino!
