Black Angus Steakhouse - Brentwood

Black Angus Steakhouse is located at 2355 Sand Creek Road in the Beautiful City Of Brentwood CA. Black Angus is known for it's Steak's, We took my Brother There for his 61st Birthday. The Service was Very Good, the food was good, my brother of course had their 18oz Steak, my youngest daughter had the salmon and my oldest daughter had their bar b que ribs as I did.

I added two more stars because management did want to make it right and I'd really like to give them another chance. I'll keep you posted. ......... I grew up going to Black Angus and no matter how many times I try to enjoy the one in Brentwood, there is always a problem. Would you eat this lobster? They didn't charge me for it but it should've never been cooked like that or brought to the table.

Black Angus - Mash potatoes were cold, one piece of broccoli for an entire entree? Service was slow and honestly food was not that good, until the chocolate chip bazookie came out. That was good! Table or carpet smelled horrible, made the whole eating experience just nauseating. Top of table/counter ledges were full of dust like no one has cleaned in years. This restaurant needs a management change and a cleaning crew! Do better for your customers. They are the ones paying.

We hadn't been to this restaurant in about 4 years. We went to celebrate my husband's and I birthdays. The greeters were friendly and food was good (not great as I remembered it) however our waitress either had to many tables or something else. Once we ordered our drinks and meals we waited about 20 minutes for our soup and salad and had to ask her 3 times. Once finished with our food we ordered dessert and again had to ask 3 times again for our dessert. If our waitress had too many tables shame on the restaurant not to properly staff if not then wow. We usually go to Outback but since it was our birthdays we decided to go.I honestly don't think we'll be back anytime soon. I really wanted to love this restaurant again.

Went for Valentine's day, they were quite busy. Had a reservation, but they seated us right away even though we were 30 mins early. Our waitress was great, even through the obvious kitchen problems.. My ribeye was fantastic, as was my wife's prime rib, but we didn't find out til our dinner was served that the sides we ordered were sold out. Waitress didn't find out til she grabbed our plates. So we were served steaks and nothing else after a 45 minute wait. That sucked, but we eventually got served some sides that were good. My date was perfect, as she always is, so it all worked out. It's a 30 mile trip to get here, and still worth the drive. We'll be back.

I must admit they have delicious food I just wish there was a bit more variety to their menu. But it’s a steakhouse so maybe there isn’t supposed to be a lot of variety. Other than that, it’s a great restaurant and never too busy that you can’t find a table quickly! Oh and the cowboy cookie is heaven it’s not dry or hard.
