Dunkin'

This was my first time going to a Dunkin. I saw the commercial for the Cake Batter Iced Latte and I was very intrigued to try it. Obviously as this is a Saturday morning, I understand that they are busy. I went inside to order. The gentleman at the register was very friendly and quick with taking my order. I did wait a good bit for my food and my drink. When I got to work with my food, the sandwich ordered is described as two eggs on it; I received it with one egg. Nothing too crazy but a little disappointing for my first time. I will say the iced latter is delicious! I would definitely order that again, but maybe a different location next time. I did also order a donut which was perfect.

I have been coming here at least twice a week to pick up breakfast and coffee for myself and my coworkers and each time I have had a rude interaction. But today was the last straw for me. I placed an mobile order ahead of time for drivethru pick up and when I arrived the line was 12 cars long and after waiting for 5 minutes it hadn't moved so I went inside to grab my order. As usual it took a few minutes for someone to acknowledge me standing at the window looking for assistance and the first girl was very nice, but wasn't sure how to locate my mobile order. When she told another girl that I had placed a mobile order for drivethru pick up she rolled her eyes and stated "well this isn't the drivethru is it," she located my order and quickly gathered what I needed, but then as she approached me to hand it to me the box was dangling from her hand and she shoved it at me "Here." and walked away. I have had a poor interaction with this woman every visit, but this was it for me. I will no longer be buying breakfast for my office from here and would rather pay more money elsewhere and not start my morning with such awful energy that has always left me uncomfortable and upset.

When morning rush comes in, I don't need to hear...that will probably take 5 mins because we're always busy at this time, Andrew! I explain the inventory should be available if you know you're always busy at that hour...instead, Andrew insinuates I'm thinking they're not hard at work. Ugh, I never said that...what I said is, poor planning by this Dunkin! You lost out on additional sales!

Burnt and a wonderful chemical taste! I've been to 2 stores owned and operated by Route65 and both of them are very, very, very badly managed. I would show you a picture of what the oven actually looks like inside, but it would probably make you throw up. How they pass health inspections is beyond me...corruption in the health department maybe?? When you do clean these fast cooking ovens, you need to cook something like a piece of there chicken and let it get super overdone. This allows the chemical "taste" to be absorbed into that piece of chicken. Throw that piece away and it then makes everything cooked after that taste like it should. The fact that they would even contemplate serving me the below burnt bacon, egg, and cheese on a croissant says a lot about their training and uncaring attitude towards customers. So sad. I moved from Trussville, AL and truly miss that Dunkin and her amazing General Manager. That woman knows how to run a store!

This location used to be the best dunkin but lately it has been not so great. Today I ordered a sausage egg and cheese croissant and I normally check my order but today I didn't and wish I had because all I got was a broken piece of egg with cheese on it with the croissant. I have literally called 12 times and all I get is a message saying the mailbox has not been set up. I will be disputing the charges since I can't talk to anyone.
