If you ever meet someone who doesn't like Tamales because they are "always dry and flavorless," bring them here. These tamales are so moist and delicious. I had the mild chicken, mild pork, and spicy pork. All delicious, but the spicy is spicy (she warned me).

Absolutely delicious! The sweet corn and poblano cheese tamales are out of this world! The beans are nearly as great!

Ladies there are so nice. When you eat in you get a big portion of rice and beans and the beans are delicious!
The chicken curry on Thursdays is pretty good. their sweet corn tamales taste like the sweet corn from chevys it is really good!

I've eaten here twice now and both times the tamales were awesome. (almost as good as the tamale truck!) First time, I had a chicken tamale and the last time, I tried the poblano and cheese tamale with their freshly made hot sauce. As a hot sauce aficionado, I can honestly say the TL hot sauce was some of the very best I have ever tasted, spicy with a hint of wood smoke (like it was cooked on a barbecue pit).) The ladies running things were pleasant, greeting me with smiles and menu suggestions. Pleasant experience and good value.

WOW! Best tamales I have ever had. Rivals my aunt's homemade. The tamale bowl was perfect: tamale w salad beans and rice. Refreshing.

Amazing! It's not advertised on the menu but they have one of the best vegan burritos in the Bay Area. The rice is so good, and not cooked in chicken stock. You have to request whole beans though.

It was tamale Tuesday and I did not know that so when I got there the only had pork and something else left and I don't eat pork so I ended up with these something else which was the sweet corn tamale and it was delicious I was able to savory it up with some Crema and salsa so that was great
