The tower onion rings is our favorite - so crunchy. I like the Sunset Lemonade - the sourness is right for me and it's bottomless :D of course we also love the bottomless fries. Thank you to our server, Christina, who had helped making my daughter's birthday memorable. She is so attentive and keeps making sure if we have everything we need.

I haven't been to a Red Robin in over 10yrs. I was excited to sink my teeth into one of thier Signature Burgers. We started off with the Island Heat Wings. DELICIOUS and cooked just right. The burger I selected was the Scorpion Burger, what an inviting selection of ingredients as I prepared for an adventure in taste. My daughter had the Fish n Chips. I was DISAPPOINTED with the burger. Lack of flavor and dry like the Sierra Desert 🏜 ! How does a place that specialize in burgers fail me. The fish n chips and the wings were FAR BETTER then the burger. This location wasn't busy with only 2 other tables occupied on the bar side, which I have no idea why we were seated there. Service was SUPER SLOW and food was either forgotten or our order wasn't placed. Endless fries, cold....and I had to ask for them. So, I'm aware things have changed since Covid. But if an establishment is interested in keeping customers happy and making sure a return visit is in the future. Some extra training should be implemented. We all have good and bad days, this is human nature. I will return for the wings and atmosphere as the decor was definitely inviting and comfortable. The attention to cleaning was witnessed and some employee interaction was also observed to be a pleasant working environment.

Honestly, the so called ‘pizza’ is awful and shouldn’t be on the menu. IMHO, it’s an embarrassment to Red Robin. The crust (if not the whole item) is very thin and dry and tasteless, obviously production line pre-made and refrigerated or frozen way beforehand, worse than what they sell in Walmart’s deli. Notice the photos. Barely any sauce, cheese or meat for what’s charged. A rip-off at $14 for the 10” one I tried. Round Table puts this menu item to shame BTW!! Fortunately, a $10 off special came in the mail and was taken off my tab, but I almost gagged while eating a portion of it and decided to throw most of the lousy crust out. Ugh 😕. My Big tavern burger faired not much better, as the small patty was bone dry, like it had been kept in a warmer all day, definitely not grilled to my order, because I BBQ a lot and know the difference. I won’t be returning to Red Robin again. My burgers are 10 times better and one fifth the cost.

Burgers were juicy and fries were excellent. Onion rings were out of this world. I made the mistake of getting a gluten free bun, don't get a gluten free bun!!! It taste like cardboard. I'm giving this place 4 stars only because our drinks never came until after food was delivered and when asked what side dipping sauces we wanted, we had to ask three times for them, after the food sat for 15 min and got cold. All in all, good family place to eat, the waiting staff need help from their management to ensure a good customer experience. This is not the fault of the waiters and waitresses, it is a leadership issue. Will Red Robin fix this?

Great burgers. The Tavern burgers are delicious and under 10 bucks, includes bottomless fries!
The waiter we got was extremely attentive. He didn't let out glasses go dry. It was so great, I forgot to take pics of my food!
Btw, they offer sweet potato fries as an option!! 😲

So burgers are awesome, great selection of beers and unlimited fries, you can't beat that. I don't give 5 stars because we had to wait 45 min to be seated. Once seated service was very slow. Server and host were nice but I believe they are really understaffed.

I love this place. The portions are sized very well, the staff was friendly and willing to answer my questions, plus indoor dining is now open. I purchased a Tavern Burger ($7.99) and a Chocolate Milkshake ($4.99) and added a tip plus tax (which came out to $14.12 +$2.88 tip=$17). The milkshake was large and could definitely serve 2 people. I would recommend to anyone in the area looking for a decent priced burger chain, and I will be coming back soon.

This visit was a bummer other than the very nice waitress. The restaurant was out of brisket for the highlighted burger, my 1st choice. My 2nd choice was the black & blue burger. I ate 1/3 of the burger & honestly didn't care for it. It was soggy. I let the waitress know when she asked if I wanted it to go. I was not offer a replacement or an adjustment to our bill. We paid $52 +tip for 2 burgers and a milkshake.. sorry, we will not be returning.
