Jack In The Box

I brought my students to Jack in the Box for lunch. There were 13 of us total and the staff there was very helpful. My students especially are young adults with special needs. He let them count out their money individually and patiently waited for them to place their orders and I really appreciate the service that we received.

Lots of free parking to sit & eat in your car. I can't recall if there is out door seating. No bums here asking for money at this location. Quick service & no sitting or bathrooms available to the public inside. The food is uniform as to every Jack in the Box you go to. Hot quick & yummy as always👍🏽!

Ordered sourdough Jack combo large with curly fries. Got the bag with regular fries and the bread untoasted. I will never return. Went to disco bay to my house and was completely disgusted with my wasted stolen hard earned money from these clowns. If you guys cant get this simple order right you're never going to be able to get a better job making more money and have a better life. Enjoy your selves and the pathetic lives your bound to have.

If you guys want to deal with waiting 15 minutes at the counter before anybody even acknowledges you...go here. If you want attitude from the employees because they hate their job and you ask why you have waited so long with no acknowledment ... go here. If you want to deal with people serving food without a mask on and on their cell phone and then serves food right after they were on their cell phone WITHOUT washing their hands go here. This is the WORST jack n the box to go too. Avoid the headache. They have very young and immature kids working here which the managers ALLOW THEM TO CUSS AND YELL AT CUSTOMERS. I tried giving this jack-in-the-box a chance I've gone there three times but now I will never go to this one I'd rather drive a little further to deal with Pleasant people not ugly people. When I asked why one of the employees was serving food with no mask on she proceeded to tell me she was on her breaks even though she was around other people's food talking on her cell phone and i was watching her grab tacos with no gloves and putting it in bags for orders in drivethru.

30+ mins in the drive-thru, and they messed up my order of a deluxe spicy chicken sandwich combo and got a plain chicken sandwich. I placed my order through the app while I waited, so I knew they received the correct order, very unsatisfied. Edit* I did send a review to that site. I'm waiting for a reply. Thank you for responding.
