FEATHERS STILL ON MY WING 2nd time ordering from this place its ridiculous. Paced order online 30-45min showed up and hour later gave them time bc i know they get buzy....currently still waiting in the parking lot 20min later for my food to be ready... 30min later get my food. Oh and theres a line of ppl waiting at the door for their orders. 1st time tried to place an order Sunday afternoon was on the phone for 20+min driving to the place after being put on hold, once i got there I seeing they left me with the phone placed on the side off the hook as to not receive any more calls. The least thing they could have done was give me some type of compensation but nope a simple sorry was it. This place doesn't do well under pressure meaning when they are buzzy

Typically I always hate having to deal with unprofessional teens at literally any wingstop location but today was a whole new level of customer service and professionalism. There was only 3 people working ( 2 Latino guys and 1 African American guy) and they had that place running like a well oiled machine. I called like 5 minutes after opening and they had 100 wings ready for my office party in like 30 minutes. Didn't catch his name but the Latino guy who answered the phone and helped me at the store was literally so nice and professional. I'm super happy with my experience today- Agustin

Order my food at 5:11pm by phone, they told me my order will be ready in about 15 minutes, I said okay, then I said my wife will be picking up the order. My wife arrived at 6pm 30 minutes after the ready time, we did not receive our order until 7:10pm. That is not exceptable, I feel me and my wife was treated unfairly.

Hey guys honestly, in the past, this particular store has had a very bad rep. But there is a new sheriff in town! Their team is few but mighty. Here you will find a kindness, humility, and graciousness behind their service. 2 times I've come back and they remembered my name. The food is well made and exceeds wingstops standard. The manager extended an amazing kindness towards me just now, that took trust and an amazing heart ... which is why I am writing this just outside their door in my car. I'm telling you people, don't just give them a try ... write a review worthy of the service you will definetely receive. They deserve 5 stars and honors from corporate ... not the two stars our community has left them with. The previous team left a bad taste in our mouth... but there is soooooo much more to enjoy here at wingstop now. Taste and see with your families brentwood. I'm more than a believer, because I have felt there kindness and generosity and quality of food.

Absolutely ridiculous. We waited an HOUR after ordering ahead on door dash and they still didn’t have it out. At that point my partner and I had to use the bathroom so bad (which they don’t have open because they only have the storefront open) we had to leave and come back. Horrible horrible customer service. We only had three items on the order. Understaffed probably. But don’t have doordash as an option if your employees can’t keep up. The employees they had there were taking their sweet time. I’ve worked in customer service for years. I don’t EVER complain but I’m genuinely going to call corporate. Please don’t ever eat here or order especially doordash from here.

First I was given the wrong order. I watched them take it back rebag for the customer after it was given to me. My order was given to the other person I had to argue with the staff to give me the right order he couldnt find my ticket. And while I was thinking he was fixing the issue he didnt do anything after he didnt find the ticket. 30 minutes later I asked a young lady the status and she reprinted ticket and submitted. Once I got my order 2 HOURS LATER ( even though there was a mistake it wasnot expedited) i had to go back to get my 2 large ranches I ordered . Needless to say from start of my order to finish took 3 Hours (I ordered on line), but the app shows way different times. This is ridiculous! The staff is putting orders as complete and they arent even made.

Ordered online for pickup, I got the notification saying it's complete. I've been currently waiting outside for over 30minutes in a crowed of over 15 people after I was told "5more minutes". Edit review: still waiting outside. Had enough time to recognize all the helpful 1 star reviews. I never called a place "the worst" before. But I would so far call this THE worst Wingstop. The buffalo wild wings around the corner is just as bad, no cap, what is with wings in this area?! I'm not re-editing this review. Everything here is bad, lady is on here phone.
