Great food piping hot when I got it home Only curry house I have been in that does Quorn chicken pieces (much appreciated) there's only so much paneer a person can eat :) 5/5 for all the food I had Because I spent over a certain amount i got a free curry which was a balti I don't normally enjoy a balti but I have to say it was fabulous I think it's the food item I enjoyed the most and that was the freebie Can't wait to come back to your takeaway the person who served me was very polite and the food was ready as soon as I arrived 5/5 customer service 5/5 good quality See you soon Papadoms Please keep doing the Quorn if it is popular enough as it's a nice change to have a Quorn curry over a veggie/paneer one Thanks again - on a side note - I may try medium heat next time I ordered 3 "hot" dishes and one of them made my nose run (because it was spicy) I think I am getting a little soft, i used to eat vindaloos no problem ;)

This is the best Indian food in Brentfield, Shenfield, Billericay & Hutton! The portions are generous, the owners are very positive and the service is excellent. My favourite dishes are the Tarka Daal, Bhindi Bhaji and Korai. The most peculiar thing is that I had a poor first experience here during the pandemic lockdown, initially marking this place 1 star with a scathing review. For the last three years, this place has been a weekly treat for me and the Missus, and I didn't realise this was the same place. For continuity, my old review is further down below. Bland and watery. Vegetable Biryani had huge prices of broccoli and carrots. The sauce was very watery, and the rice was...bland. There were minimal spices and flavouring in the food. The nan seemed reheated not fresh. The daal was sweet and had no spices in it whatsoever, too. And almost £3 for two tiny veg samosas; I wouldn't mind if they had any blooming flavour! Only positives are Delivery was very quick. The yoghurt, mint and mango sauce with the samosas. I should have bought £20 of that sauce; I would have been much happier!

We always order from here when we get a takeaway! Food is consistently good, with a great variety! Great that you can chose your spice levels, making mild dishes hot or hot dishes more mild! Delivery is always good and if you go in to collect the staff are friendly. Really great prices too, if you order directly via their website rather than Uber/Deliveroo they currently offer a free dish for orders over £25.

Simply the best around and not just for Indian style takeaway food. I've been looking for a good Chinese takeaway provider but none come up to the standards of provision that the Papadom demonstrate. I keep coming back to Papadom because of their huge variety of flavours, their willingness to vary their dishes when asked and generous portions. And the guys in the shop are just so very polite and accommodating. Martin.
