Since getting new staff, the service has been much more pleasant! The staff are much happier and a lot quicker and better service. Wanted to commend Asha, she was so pleasant and smily while taking my order and seeing a friendly face makes your morning that much better ☺️

Really like this place - come here whenever I hit the A127. Atmosphere is great - staff are friendly and welcoming. Not too busy in there so there is always somewhere to sit if needed. Location is good and can easily get back onto the A127.

Just been served by a lady named “Jan” on the tills.
She has one of the best energies I have ever experienced from anyone in the hospitality business. Really hope she gets to see this & hope Starbucks rewards team members like her that inspire others & make the customer experience a great one 🙌🏼👏🏼

Pleasant and charming staff I visit once a month or so when I'm day tripping but today was exceptional. The lady that served me was lovely thank you.

Such a cosy and big shop. Looks super clean, customer service was superb. Gingerbread latte was super delicious the way I like it. And everyone has to try that "Cranmerry" Cheesecake muffin it's just melting in the mouth.
