Some of the staff could be a bit friendlier and not sound annoyed when you ask them to clear dirty tables.

So I ordered 3 drinks from Costa on Just Eat. 2 arrive. Just eat has been a nightmare in Bridgend lately so I just figured yet another driver screw up, I put in for the refund and headed to the store. Get in and order the drink that was missing and when asked if there was anything else I just said "no thanks the rest of my order is at home, just grabbing the one that was missed off our just eat order so I can chill". I assume the other lady next to the server was a manager as she clarified what I meant and what happened, was super apologetic and refused to let me pay for the drink?! I said repeatedly I was getting a refund from just eat and needed to pay for it and I figured they were the ones that screwed up so it's fine but she really insisted and couldn't do enough. I was really taken aback but I can't fault them at all, good as gold and fast as well. Absolutely amazing service.
Staff are always lovely here which is why its the only Costa I still use but really above and beyond expectations today.

Quick service, clean tidy place, gets busy at times so be prepared not to have a seat easy to find

It was busy, they are flat out , but Will and Lewis had such a great positive attitude to everything they where doing, they are a credit to Costa specially at the end if the day . The two person team have performed better than 3-4 people in other costas we've visited. And they did it with a smile . Well done you two

The staff are so enthusiastic about helping, and happy to see you. They checked the suitability of the new Christmas syrups and made my day when they said they were all suitable for dairy free so the excitement to be able to ordered the chocolate orange made me super happy
