I eat from here at least twice a week and I've waited a while to write a review just to make sure I was as fair as possible. But my god, I BLOODY LOVE THIS PLACE.
The staff are amazing and are always up for a chat. For such a small team they do a great job and I've seen it busy, they handle the rushes great
I order using their mobile app and it is always ready for when I choose my pickup time and it is piping hot. I have a bowl in front of me right now and I'm having to write this whilst waiting for it to cool down
In the interest of fairness, the only thing I could say they could do to be perfect would be to be mindful of the amount of pasta water / oil gets transferred into your tub as sometimes it can be a bit too greasy, but this happens maybe less than 1/10 times
I love this place, you will not be dissatisfied

I've had lilos a few times over the years and it's always been very good the food taste just had good heated up later on if you need to do so and since the rebuild it looks much better in there and the staff are very friendly

Absolutely incredible. We have visited here a lot of times now and we are always extremely impressed. The quality of the food is next level. Being able to customise your meal is extremely unique for a pasta place. They also serve early in the morning, which other places don’t. Can’t rate this place highly enough!!

I've just had the breakfast bagle, sausage patty, 2 bacon, fried egg and added a hash brown and it was lovely. My wife had the build your own with salmon and avocado which she also said was lovely.
Definitely going to use Lilo's Pencoed again if the food is this good. Very impressed.

Great food, very good value and outstanding service. I messed my order up and they were very helpful in sorting it out for me. They were a little bit late in delivery (understandable at the moment!!) and so gave us two complimentary brownies, which really wasn't necessary but a lovely gesture.

Just received my delivery from a large order placed through my workplace (keyworker) - stunning hot, full to the brim bacon and sausage bagel and lovely cappuccino. Not forgetting the little hash brown tots (recommend the 20 portion) Delicious - will definitely order from here again. Many Thanks :-)

Nice pasta dishes with a good variety of choice but only one veggie option. The service is reasonable and the portions are just right for lunch when working. The seating area is ok but the seats can be freezing cold in the winter as they are made of metal. Just minor issues otherwise worth going to regularly for lunch.
