I don't really use Costa all that often as I'm not a coffee drinker, but from what I have noticed when meeting with clients this store has a welcoming atmosphere and the staff are always polite. It's been so busy that there's nowhere to sit but there's always a fair few people in there which to me is a good indication of how good a place is.

Pretty ordinary coffee shop. Tired furniture, needed to change a chair that was falling apart!
