Bit of a weird smell in the air when we came in. Loads of beers not on tap when we came in. Only cruzcampo or Carling to choose from. No Guinness. Absolutely baffled on the Saturdau before Christmas. …

Online says it open and having walked from the station it isn’t open. Why can’t pubs get their opening times right and stick to them? Pubs can only do well if they look after their customers.

Nicola Rolph ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
My husband and I have this as our local. Brilliant little pub conveniently located on the way into town with decent beer, a proper pool table, darts, some sports on and a smashing Sunday dinner. …
Anne White ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
If you're looking for a good honest old fashioned traditional pub - look no further. Fabulous atmosphere always welcoming. …
Gary Mason ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Friendly atmosphere while watching the rugby, backroom kitted out with big screen. Food at half time was dodgy but it was free so can't complain too much. It was a chip butty by the way.
