Fantastic unique place. The cakes are amazing and the chicken tikka panini well no words � the coffee is excellent and to top it off Harry Potter themed what more could you want. Oh the amazing shop that interlinks the cafe is also super so make sure you look around on the way out for the perfect gifts for all. � well done will highly recommend.

Had a lovely cup of tea and cake with my little boy this afternoon. Clearly lots of hard work gone into the amazing decor and the tea was perfect! Love the tea pots! Thank you for having gluten free and vegan cakes available. We'd love to see a few more umbrellas outside for a bit more shade if possible, it was too hot to sit out this afternoon. Looking forward to coming back.

My family and I had the pleasure of visiting this wonderful shop recently which had so many affordable and unique items. One in particular caught my eye - a glass and brass Moroccan lamp and bracket. I didn't buy it and immediately regretted my decision when I got home. Unfortunately, I am hobbling around with crutches at the moment and unable to drive so I phoned the shop and a most helpful lady asked where I lived and offered to bring it to my home at no extra charge. How is that for a most fantastic service - wonderful! I will definitely tell everyone about this fabulous shop.

Went to the Platform 10 cafe and had the wizard afternoon tea. It was fantastic and would definitely recommend! The food choice is great (picking sandwich filling and cupcake flavour) and everything is themed around Harry Potter, including the decor and music. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and were very efficient when we were asking for refills and bags to take the leftovers home. A must for any Harry Potter/afternoon tea/ cake fan!

Platform 10 coffee shop at the rear of this that and the other. Harry Potter themed, reasonably priced with the tastiest cup cakes. Remember to get a loyalty card and get it stamped each time you buy a drink, pay for 7 get the 8th free.

My favourite shop in town - I have no idea where they get their stock from, but it's usually items I've never seen before. Unfortunately my wallet doesn't like them as much as I'm always leaving with something...!
