We arrived on a busy Sunday & found the ambience charming. The staff were pleasant & helpful, cracking G & T in a balloon glass! The carvery could not be faulted, the meat was superbly cooked & the vegetables plentiful & tasty. The following chocolate fudge cake & ice cream was the best I've had in a long time. All in all the whole experience was superb. Definitely coming again.

The Babbling Brook is quite close for us and an ideal location for a bite to eat. Despite its proximity to Hinkley Point, it remains a lovely country pub. Staff are amazing too.

Lovely pub, great atmosphere and the beer garden is perfect to sit in the evenings with a pint! Didn't get a room here so can't remark on that, but the location makes it very convenient for me and you can do a walk along the Somerset coastal path and finish off here.

Food here is great clean and tidy room but bed was not our liking. Not implying mattress was old just personal taste memory foam tends to be very warm and it was an extremely hot night

As a first time customer to this establishment with my wife & inlaws, we totally enjoyed the ambience.
The food was of excellent quality, staff polite and friendly.....nothing was ever too much. Clean and tidy throughout....
Definitely a must to revisit ......
