The Chef reccomendLovely atmosphere, friendly service and some really excellent Thai food added up to a good night out. Came with family for the first time and was very impressed - just as good as our excellent local Thai in London.
My friend booked a table at Supattra to celebrate my birthday. I’d personally never visited before but I’ll certainly be booking with them regularly in the future. I’d firstly like to thank Koo and Tim for such a warm welcome and friendly service throughout. In fact everyone concerned with our service was a delight to meet. Koo is a remarkable chef and it was nice to get the chance to thank her for such wonderful food at the end of our evening. I’ve not left a restaurant feeling so satisfied and happy with the dining experience in a great many years. I’m so glad to have visited and would not hesitate to recommend Supattra. Thank you.
From entering the door on a wet night to leaving with very satisfied diners we couldn’t fault this place, a warm welcome, helpful staff and the best Thai food we have eaten in a long time.
We have been meaning to visit this restaurant for a quite a while and our only regret is that we hadn't gone sooner! We received a lovely welcome from the waitress who was dressed beautifully in traditional costume. Everything was presented so nicely in lovely matching blue & white crockery sets, great to have a lid on the rice pot! House wine was very good and we really enjoyed the food. There is so much choice on the menu that it gives us a good reason to return time and time again. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole dining experience - excellent food, great service and professional staff. Thanks Tim & Koo - we will be back!

Managed to get in last minute due to a cancellation and what a delight it was, I ordered a whole sea bass from the specials menu which was lovely and fragrant which I totally demolished, it was fantastic. My wife had a duck dish with noodles which she also really enjoyed. The staff and service was great also, making it a very enjoyable evening.
Came here tonight with a friend of mine and enjoyed it as we always do Constant delicious food and service We love Suppatra!
Thank you for a lovely meal. We have visited 3 times now and each time is as good. Thai fishcakes lovely as was the red thai prawn curry. Our vegan friend was well looked after. The decor and atmosphere of the place is fantastic. See you again soon Tim and Koo.
Tim and koo, are clearly passionate about what they are doing offering quality food that has real care put into it when it is made. Their china/crockery (all the way from thailand) is very nice and everything comes we presented and tastes very fresh, the service is fantastic, they keep on top of their duties and make it look easy although I know its not! The prices are reasonable and defility reflect the quality of the food and service. the atmosphere is authentic and finishing touches like molton brown hand wash in the bathroom all make it a cut above the average restaurant. I have been in here now around 20 times and I have never once seen anything go back to the kitchen it's always spot on first time and very hot. This is my favourite place to dine by far.
This is our go to place, never let’s us down. Consistently excellent Thai food in a small intimate setting. Staff are attentive, informative & friendly and the beer is served in a cooled glass. I’ve been to loads of Thai restaurants & this is one of the best around.
Great food Helpful staff. Specialaties like spring rolls run out quickly but it doesnt matter because all food fresh and tasted delicious
Have wanted to eat here for a long time but has always been fully booked when we've tried previously. The food was fantastic and the service was excellent. The restaurant is warm and welcoming and we will certainly be visiting again
Called the restaurant yesterday 5pm, can you find a table for 2, sorry we’re full, wait a minute, juggled around the seating, can fit you in 8pm :-) off we go, meeted and greeted, sat down and offered menu’s, drinks ordered, food ordered, Soft Shelled blue crab in Tempura, Beautiful starter. Mains were Nuea Tod Kra Thiam Pik Thai & Geang Keow Wan Goong accompanied by Kao Phad Gai, Prawn Green Curry, beef with oyster sauce, garlic & black pepper sauce. Mushrooms, spring onions, and topped off with fresh coriander and crispy garlic, accompanied by Stir fried rice with chicken, egg, spring onion, tomatoes and onion. All the meals were lush, fresh, heat hot, spicyness, portion size, service from Tim, Emily, Nan and Food from Koo and her team. This was by far the nicest food I have eaten outside of Thailand and up with the best I have had in Thailand. The recommended wine was also excellent, I can’t fault this is establishment and will return soon. Tim and Koo run a tight ship, ship shape and Bristol fashion. 10/10 for quality, value for money and service. Thankyou Team Supattra.
The best Thai meal I've had outside of Thailand. Absolutely fantastic food, very traditional, wide variety, excellent quality and value. Wonderful decor inside and 5* service from Tim, make this restaurant the standard to beat.
We came upon this gem by chance. What a fabulous place. Owners and staff so warm and friendly and lovely ambience. Chicken satay starter amazing, crab tempura light and delicate flavours. We can highly recommend both the prawn green and red curries. Never tasted so many flavours in one dish. If we lived in Bridlington we would visit often, alas we don't but will visit again one day. Thank you for a most excellent dining experience.
We chose Supattra on the strength of reviews here and the first night we tried to book it was full - apparently it often is. Fortunately we got a table on the second night of our stay in Bridlington and had a wonderful meal. This is an unusual Thai restaurant - it has dishes on the menu you will recognise from other places but also very unusual ones the owner/chef likes himself from his home country. The service was excellent, the staff friendly and helpful and the food totally delicious. Not at all surprising it is rated so highly here and so popular when you try to book!
This is the second time we’ve visited and we were not disappointed. Delicious authentic Thai food in a cosy friendly atmosphere. Will definitely be back soon. Well worth a visit if you’re in Bridlington.
If you like Thai food this place won't let you down. Been a couple times with my boyfriend and last time with the family. They all loved it! You have to try their green curry and Penang special, it'll blow your mind! Not even in our time in Thailand we've had such a wonderful culinary experience. Well done!
A fabulous meal accompanied by a first class welcoming service. The overall dining experience is highly recommended.
