Noah is consistently a pleasure to visit. This is our regular fish and chip shop and Noah will always ensure everything is correct. In the rare instance something wasn’t right I simply told him the issue and he resolved quickly. The food is always great.
It’s doesn’t scream fancy, but the food is properly prepared and delicious. The staff is very friendly. We enjoyed the view looking over the harbor below us.
Freshly cooked and a decent fish. Chips were lovely. The person serving came after me because I had keft behind a bottle of water I had purchased. Very considerate.
We've come on a bank holiday weekend away and my god, we are glad we didn't go for fish and chips at the seafront. The staff were friendly and amazing, service was relatively quick considering how many customers were coming through the door and front and back of house communicated amazingly. We had
We came yesterday (12th September 2023) The service was excellent, the food was possibly the best we have had from there, they have really upped their game in the past few months, keep up the good work
If your Gluten free this is a place u must visit. The Cod and Chip were fantastic. Had a choice as could of had Haddock. Very big portion for regular. The staff were lovely. Well worth the 10 min wait as freshly made.

Gluten free fish and chips! Cooked fresh and tasted amazing, things marked clearly on the menu with the crossed grain symbol for what was suitable for gluten free. Service was relatively quick and the staff were friendly. Good price and great food- worth a trip!
We have recently moved to the area and this fish and chip shop is amazing. I’m a coeliac and the amount of different food they cook is incredible. It tastes first class and the fact that they cook gf every day, is fantastic news. My partner is not gf and he says it’s the best he’s ever tasted and I
The fish and chips where great. The price was very dear but it's virtually the same all over Bridlington. As for the service, we asked for peas with our fish and chips but they gave us Curry which put a dampner on our meal. Also there's not much space for parking.
Went in just before closing one night and got fish and chips twice, then she gave me two sausage free of charge, very nice fish and chips.
We are local regulars and thoroughly enjoy our regular golden years. Service is service excellence 110%… however, there are times that consistency is not always there , which , is what 149 fish and chips pride themselves on .. re standards Tonight, I have to say this was pretty poor and not their b
We only got 2 cartons of chips that tasted gorgeous not greasy ! Wish we had got a fish now but on our travels this area again we will definitely try the fish as well thankyou yummy!
On holiday here and very pleased we found this fish and chip shop. The fish, chips and peas were delicious.I recommend the gluten free fish to everyone.
Seems to be the only Gluten free fish n chips shop in Bridlington. Very good fish n chips, quick service and price is comparable with other chip shops. Very enjoyable.
Went for tea with a group of 28, quick service to say how busy they were. Foo was lovely the fish were massive. Such a shame we’re on holiday and live so far away.
