Stopped for a quick pit stop having walked from the beach. Soon developed FOMO when we saw the pizzas and we’re fortunate to get a table. Fabulous music and staff, ended up spending the evening. It was great. Best pizzas outside Napoli.

This traditional pub in the old town, looks fantastic from the outside, by day or night and it has a superb courtyard. The exterior look is what attracted us. I have to say that by contrast, the interior is somewhat underwhelming. My wife's G & T was a work of art but my pint of beer was poor. That is the problem with real ales today. The modern hand pumps rarely put any body into the beer and so you get a poor pint that invariably goes flat in no time. Staff were friendly and they did come round with free sandwiches. We had to politely decline as we were stuffed, having just eaten a large meal.

Helen and Rob and all the rest of their staff were the most amazing hosts! We happened to be there during a heatwave. They made sure that we were as comfortable as they could without air conditioning. Their number one priority was making sure we had a nice stay. We had the best time on this leg of our 2 week holiday in England and Scotland. The room was beautifully decorated and had great character! Loved the look of the building and that they kept the old world charm and history of the place (Very interesting to learn that the timbers in the walls were from ships). The breakfast service was wonderful and very filling. The Pub staff were always very friendly and as accommodating as they could be. It was very conveniently located near all of the downtown shops, Bael Gate, and Pryory. The waterfront was about a 10 minute drive from the inn. The pizza smelled wonderful but were never able to eat it due to our schedule touring the area. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. We felt as though we left a piece of our hearts there!

The best ever! Sarah and i have stayed at many a hotel and many a traditional pub with rooms to stay and this place is by far the best. Having only 3 rooms this place is absolutely stunning. The attention to detail is outstanding. Recently revamped by Helen and Rob the rooms all have a great feel, huge living room, massive bathrooms and the best of the best bedrooms. We would also like to extend our gratitude to Bev and Gary the bar staff. They all now feel like family. I cant stress enough how much of a perfect place this is. Also if you stay through the week please do try a pizza!

I went with friends after work on a hot spring afternoon recently and had a lovely few beers in their outside courtyard. The pizza was a brill touch and with maybe a few fig trees and a vine on the walls it would have been a reet Italian scene. The pizza was tasty and clearly an authentic Mediterranean style used. I can't wait to return.

Stopped here whilst exploring the old town in Bridlington for a drink. We used the outside seating area as we had the hound in tow . Nice pubs with lovely courtyard area .

Bought 2 pizzas to take away, and was delighted with them. Will certainly visit again. We had a meat feast and a BBQ chicken, plenty for 3 people to share. Lovely fresh toppings with lots of red peppers, very tasty.

We called in for a drink couldn’t even get to the bar for all the locals sat at it. No room to get in and order a drink All locals sat at bar so you couldn’t get to bar there was no open space to get in. Only two staff on busy serving people that came in after us We used to come here all time and enjoy food and a drink, it’s totslly out is off now we prob won’t come back now it’s put us off. Plenty more pubs that want your custom just found it ignorant...

After a week away from home popped in for lunch and a good home cooked meal The 2 for £12 lunch menu was excellent Good portions and quality If your still hungry the deserts are excellent. A must for any passer by offering own micro brewery ales and a wide selection of gins

Went to the Pack horse today to celebrate my 61st birthday, good choice. We chose fish & chips which we're cooked perfectly. Served with crispy chips & the most delicious home made tartare sauce, we couldn'T fault it, yummy. The portion was HUGE but we managed to eat it all 😁. Lovely staff, very clean toilets, with a pretty courtyard (it needs parasols though). I tried Lilys Rhubarb cider, scummy. Thank you Pack Horse !

Been a few times before, however unfortunately it has become apparent to us that the service and the quality of the food is slipping with every visit. For our last visit the food was served luke warm and the people who serviced us were oblivious to us. Not recommend.

We treated ourselves to lunch here last week and were very impressed! The lasagne was delicious, flavoursome and comforting, the salads crisp, fresh and varied. The burger stack was tasty and the chips home-cooked and crunchy - we often give these less priority on the dish if the rest deserves our attention but we couldn’t stop eating them! We asked for a side of new potatoes which were accompanying a different main which were provided without question and were delicious too! The desserts were varied and good! Staff friendly and welcoming with a smile and dedication to their work. A really good choice for lunch! You won’t be disappointed! (we need to try the evening meals now! 😉)

The Pack Horse is in the beautiful Georgian Old Town of Bridlington. Not to be confused with the very tacky Sea Front. Hey hoe each to their own. Super pub with a Micro Brewery. Excellent pint or two of Bulldog bitter £2.80 pint and delicious fish and chips. All very fresh. The pub has been very well renovated and is spotless especially the loos. Well done to everyone concerned.
