Haven't been here for years to be honest. What a change from the last time I went the food was great. We had a table of 10 and it all came together. I had tandoori chicken skewers delicious they were. Service also was excellent table was cleared quickly after we'd eaten. Definitely recommend it

Lovely food & service not too long of a wait. We arrived at 7.30pm and was told they stopped food at 8pm we wasn't made to rush our decision. Staff are friendly and attentive.

We’ve come away on a holiday trip and have visited The Friendly Forester twice, once for lunch and once for our evening meal. Both times were great experiences, the meals were delicious, served quickly and warm. The pricing is great for the portion sizes and quality of the food. Child friendly for our wild toddler as well. All staff we encountered were friendly and provided really good service. Would highly recommend a visit.
