You just know this will be pub of the day as soon as you enter. A great range of cask ales on plus about 12 different ciders available all expertly poured by a top host. Without doubt if you like ale or cider and a great bar - this should be top of your list if you’re in the locality.

Ever changing selection of cask ales, aside from the well-kept house bitter from Acorn. Big selection of cider too. Friendly welcome from the owner and regulars. Moving soon to new premises near the cenotaph.
Stumbled upon this lovely micro-pub. The Barnsley Bitter on tap is amazing and the atmosphere was nice and chilled. Food/Snacks available if you want them. Seating areas were clean and tidy, with very friendly staff. Worth a visit when In Brid.
