Went in for lunch with my daughter and we had the most adorable lunch..spare ribs were amazing and burger was yum! Service with a smile and very helpful such a wonderful young man! Top notch service and food!! Thank you!!!
Had lunch in there today, and I'm not sure the waiter's name but wanted to say we received the best service, he was very good with my daughter and practically took the seating apart to find her lost bracelet what a star � and the food was brill too
We went to F&B's on a random Wednesday. It was nice and quiet and got a table straight away. Our waiter for the day was so lovely. She was on point with everything. The food was fresh anf hot when it arrived. My youngest daughter ordered from the kids menu. That's one thing I love about F&B's they have a set kids menu and everything is included in that one price. My daughter had the Mac and Cheese and she enjoyed it. The pizza was good too. They need to be giving out pizza cutters which would make it a lot easier to cut. But overall it was a great experience. I'm big on tipping for great service, the service was great. We will be back again soon.
We have dined here before as a family and as a couple. On this occasion we were looked after by a lovely lady who goes by the name Cara. She was only too happy to help with our requests. She was personable and suggested things to us to aid in our quest for bargains lol.
The food was as it always is. Spot on. Hot and fresh. The kids were well looked after too. There were even balloons for my daughter which she was chuffed about.
So far i am yet to be disappointed by this eatery. Would definitely recommend it. Thanks again.
Nice meal, can totally recommend the New York Deli burger, but I unfortunately cant recommend the cocktails as they weren't very flavorful.
The service was friendly and they paid great attention to allergies and diet requirements. Spent about 1hr 30 min here for a two course meal for six which I think is pretty good.
This is definitely one of the best Frankie and Benny's i've been to, busy restaurant but didnt have to wait to be seated. Food came promptly, and overall great experience. They may need use a little less oil/butter on the garlic bread though. A lot of birthdays on the evening we went too (if you know the song, you'll understand).
Nice food. Friendly staff but here was a constant draft from the door but kept my coat on inside. Apart from that very friendly.
Kid's that were dressed for Halloween ate free with a paying adult and adults got a free spooky cocktail. Service and food was great - especially the cocktails!

Breakfast was excellent, all 3 of the table had an omelette and just over £5 for a 3 egg omelette with 2 fillings was great value. Also, they were really tasty and liberal with the fillings! The waiter was very attentive and funny, was more than happy to give him a tip as he was juggling a few tables but still made us feel welcome and at ease. Highly recommend breakfast to anyone, will be returning very soon
**Jenny** was amazing! Best hospitality I've ever received. She was chatty, friendly and laughing with us. Nothing was too much for her! Food was good, slight wait but we didn't mind. Jenny ultimately made our night so thank you! Enjoyed a few cocktails and 2 courses with my wife, very lovely evening.
Food arrived quickly, was delicious. Our waiter Zack was very friendly, efficient and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. To be fair, he made this whole experience worthwhile! Only regret is we didn’t have enough coins to tip 🤭
