Kfc

I live within one mile of the restaurant and all chips in two meals were stone cold, coleslaw was missing and the fillet burger meal that came with one piece of original chicken which was a wing which I think is disgusting. If I knew it was to only be a wing I'd have ordered differently. I called the store to be told everyone's chips arrive cold as don't hold the heat like the meat does and with the travel from shop to home they bound to go cold. I told him how close I live to the restaurant but he still fobbed me off saying about traffic etc.... Funny that because Macdonald's and burger king chips do pretty fine on their journey!!! He then told me to call just eat to get a refund for missing items as I paid them for the food not him! The call ended there! Thanks for nothing! Shocking service and attitude, I won't be using again £18 for cold, missing and pathetic chicken.... No thanks... On a good note the delivery driver was polite but that doesn't make my food any better.

As a drive through it's ok. Food is hot enough the queues are normally reasonable and you rarely have to wait for stuff to be cooked and park in the "spaces of shame". The service however is hit and miss. Been a few times this month and I've either been very happy, smiley staff fast service, or bitterly disappointed, miserable staff and impersonal service, so I guess it's just depends on the day.

As usual get home and can't eat burger because for some reason the staff cannot follow simple instructions, is it that hard not to put ketchup and mayo on when the order states in bright red letters no mayo no ketchup? I have family and friends with the same complaint and getting wrong orders. I stopped using KFC down stalings Lane for this reason, will not be using any KFC for a while if at all. Waste of money when you can never eat it.
