I live within one mile of the restaurant and all chips in two meals were stone cold, coleslaw was missing and the fillet burger meal that came with one piece of original chicken which was a wing which I think is disgusting. If I knew it was to only be a wing I'd have ordered differently.

As a drive through it's ok. Food is hot enough the queues are normally reasonable and you rarely have to wait for stuff to be cooked and park in the "spaces of shame". Just for once it would be great if an order could be correct. Every time we come for drive through, the order is wrong. Nothing more annoying than getting back home and realising you haven't got what you ordered and paid for.

Were not told when we ordered there would be a 20 minute wait. Chicken was tough no sauce on fillet burger and chips were soggy and he dropped our order on the floor but we said we'd have it as we were late for an appointment.
