when i came here after i picked my mate up from school, i thought it would be nice to take him on a date to maccies since hes only year three, i ended up eating for three and had some carot sticks played on the broken ipads, threw a bbq wrap at a baby and ended the night at mine with a netflix and chill very good date night.

This Maccies has the absolute best staff. They are so kind and attentive, Especially Kate who does the customer service / front of house stuff. She remembers you despite it being crazy busy, and makes a lovely fuss of our daughter. Honestly some of the nicest staff ever.

Only had a coffee ☕on Wednesday morning but wanted to give 5 stars ⭐ to the lady who was working the front clearing tables but spending time with each person making them feel comfortable and listening to them and being a friendly face . A truly exceptional person !!!

I ordered a sweet chilli wrap meal from the machines in the store and grabbed a table service stand. There was lots of seating in the store. The place was very busy but we managed to find a seat straight away. We sat down and our off arrived within minutes. The order was correct: i asked for no cucumbers on my wrap. The food was hot and tasted freshly cooked; not like it had been standing. The fries were amazing, crispy not soggy. And my drink was cold and filled to the top.

I think this is one of the best McDonald’s in the West Midlands get more friendly staff and their fries are always the best! Go to most other branches the fries aren’t always as nice!
