Stuff standing around talking not interested at providing services and get upset when customer asks a question the Greggs at the business much better
I went in to Greggs on Tuesday. Sausage rolls were cold, but tasted fine. What stuck in my mind however was the member of staff who was chewing gum, and turning it around over her tongue, whilst serving and selecting produce off the shelves. Really grossed me out. Surely that's not hygienic or in line with food safety?
Just your standard Greg's. Foods fine. Staff are always polite
Fairly decent pastries and sandwiches, but improvements could be made: a solution to almost perpetually cold vegetarian/vegan pastries; lack of wholemeal/brown bread sandwiches. Food is generally tasty and fresh and coffee not at all bad. Staff friendly and helpful.
Clean, well stocked with friendly staff. Dropped a star as my slice was cold compared with that which I've received from different branches.
It was fine on my previous visit, one of those.
Usually staff advise if they're cool.
Asked for a bacon and sausage breakfast roll... When I got home there was only bacon in there.... so I got charged extra for something that I'd asked for but they didn't put in.. the only reason that I've given it a 2 star is because I enjoyed the latte....
