Fairly decent pastries and sandwiches, but improvements could be made: a solution to almost perpetually cold vegetarian/vegan pastries; lack of wholemeal/brown bread sandwiches. Food is generally tasty and fresh and coffee not at all bad. Staff friendly and helpful.
Delicious food. Doesn't matter which branch is visited, the food is of a consistent quality. The only quatm I have is that a lot of the time the steak bakes aren't always hot but lukewarm.
Sometimes the only thing that will do it is a Greggs bacon bap and coffee.
The new sausages aren't popular in our house and they are almost chipolata sized now anyway!
Also, we can't order online anymore due to just eat changing their algorithm to take dozens of places out of our options list. Reg

Go here quite frequently to grab donuts for the team. The staff are always friendly and quick to process you!
It's a Gregg's, what more can I say. Standard layout. Staff are helpful and polite. Not the cheapest place about, but I've never had a problem with the quality of food......
Small Greggs with usual selection of sandwiches and a like. Limited parking but close proximity to Russell Hall hospital.

I like to chill here for an hour with a cup of tea and a steak bake. Lovely sitting in area. Staff Lovely too.
Clean, well stocked with friendly staff. Dropped a star as my slice was cold compared with that which I've received from different branches.
It was fine on my previous visit, one of those.
Usually staff advise if they're cool.
The service from the staff here was great. The server had a wonderful personality and was happy to help with a fairly sizeable order. It was pretty well stocked considering the time of day. Overall a really good experience
Got what I needed very quickly and without any fuss, staff masked up and the shop appeared spotless as always. Well done Greg's I am a very happy customer.
