To be honest we have never been to the Lord Nelson before, but I am so glad that we tried it.
The landlord and staff were very friendly and helpful. The roast comes in a variety of sizes and the quality of the food was wonderful. It is fantastic value for money and we will definitely be going back again next time we are in Brigg.

The Ower is really lovely the pub underwent a refurbishment during lockdowns its is beautiful, clean, beds are really good great nights sleep the staff are helpful, the place is atmosphere is really lovely would highly recommend

Family celebration and a variety of diets catered for. Even okay to order a kiddy meal for an adult.
The portions absolutely great. Everyone enjoyed the food and the meals all brought out in minutes so nobody having to wait.

Very quiet, I had liver and onions which was very tasty and piping hot. The service was good and staff very helpful. Should you need them, the toilets were immaculately clean. I will certainly be back. Thank you 🌞🌞🌞

Our meals were amazing & there was plenty to choose from! The staff were lovely & friendly & asked us if we were enjoying our meals. They were cooked to perfection! 😋😋My mum really loved her meal & my dad loved his meal. My meal was delicious also. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone & I would definitely go back there again.😃😋

Nice pub. Went for lunch and fish and homemade chips were fab. My only complaint would be that the staff maybe pay attention to existing customers re table service to see if anyone needs another drink etc. Other than that would recommend for good homemade food.

Nice hotel and restaurant, room was lovely and the staff were great. It is nice here. The only niggle is the parking. Its a public car park and you need to be down for 8 in the morning to put a ticket in the car which negates any sort of lie in. Not really the hotels fault but it is a pain.

Excellent little pub. Dog friendly. Excellent beer Cleanest toilets I have seen. Very pleasant and obliging landlord and lady. Menu simple and looks like wholesome food. All reasonably priced. Will return for meal. Could be a regular hostelry!!
