I was greeted by a familiar, cozy environment and friendly staff. My order was the #2 Tokyo Tonkotsu, a serving of edamame, and the melon ramune. The rich, savoury black garlic oil blended perfectly with the hearty broth and created a homely bowl topped only by Japan itself. Overall 5 stars, would come again.
