stumbled upon here whilst looking for somewhere to sit and read for an hour before work - so glad i did! such a lovely vibe in here (feels very homely and welcoming), all the staff are incredibly kind, the service was way quicker than i expected being a busy weekend with a full house of customers, and the food was absolutely delicious! amazing variety of vegan choices - i had the chilli tomatoes (avocado on sourdough toast with chillis and tomatoes) and an oat vanilla latte. will definitely be coming here again!

Two days in Brighton for work and I’m so glad I stretched my legs to come here for breakfast each day. From simple toast with a lovely latte to a full English with great sausage it was all topped off wonderfully by the friendly staff and cheerful homely atmosphere. A great little place that I’m really glad I found. 😊

Best vegetarian breakfast I have had for a long time!!! Actual vegetarian sausage (not mashed up veg in a sausage shape haha). Extra points because apparently it's a local company that supplies the veggie sausages.
The mushrooms and tomatoes produce was really good quality.
My brother had a meat Full English - bacon and sausage was perfectly cooked and good quality.
Toast was kind of half toasted/half fried. So tasty!
My sister has the cheese and tomato toastie which she said was delicious! Wasn't light on the ingredients!
Good portion sizes. The 'Big' was big enough.
Cafe was really welcoming and the owner is a real character, in the best way. Lovely atmosphere.
Definitely going to be the cafe we come back to when we are in Brighton.

Had breakfast at Joe's this morning. Was delicious, all very flavorful. Lovely friendly staff, nice local feel to the place. Would definitely recommend it for a full English - greasy or healthy both are catered for!
