I got a plant based roast which was very tasty. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The wine was also very delicious. Food was slightly cold but it was worth it due to the taste

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this amazing restaurant and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked in, the manager Paula gave us a warm and welcoming feeling, which set the tone for the entire early afternoon.
We started off with some of the most amazing cocktails I have ever had, especially the margarita which was perfectly balanced and incredibly refreshing. As for the food, we were blown away by the variety of dishes and the quality of ingredients.
For starters, we had an amazing pumpkin-based dish that was bursting with flavor and perfectly spiced. And the organic meat we ordered for our main course was cooked to perfection, with a juicy and tender texture that was hard to resist.
Overall, the restaurant exceeded all of our expectations, from the incredible food to the impeccable service. Paula and her team truly know how to create a dining experience that is both memorable and enjoyable. One of my favourite restaurants in Brighton for fine dining and dinners for special occasions! The atmosphere and the interior is stunning and the service is amazing.
The staff were lovely and even helped us find a lovely spot to take pictures.
Although the portion sizes were quite small, the food was quality and will certainly recommend for anyone looking for an all round amazing fine dining experience.
Being a chef once myself, the sandwich could have been more complex adding some complexity to the egg sandwich using butter or lard etc. But still very tasty! Bacon was amazing! Definately worth a visit.

I had the Ham Benedict on sourdough and it was just wanted I needed after a morning stroll by the sea. Beautifully presented, the ham was top quality, hollandaise sauce was yummy and the poached eggs perfect!
I also had a fresh orange juice - I asked if it was possible to have some ginger and they accommodated my request without charging extra. Finally, I had a hot chocolate with coconut milk and that hit the right spot.
The waiting service is excellent - very friendly, checking in at convenient time without being too annoying and seemed genuine in wanting me to enjoy my meal.
Will definitely go again (this was already my second visit in 2 weeks)
Great place! Never been here before but went for bottomless brunch; there was quite a few of us (20)! The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Quick service with switcing over the prosecco bottles once they were empty (which happened often). That's what you need when it comes to bottomless and time limits! Great food too, I had the eggs florentine (I think).
We had our wedding reception at Six - they were absolutely amazing. The venue is beautiful, all the staff (especially Valencia!) went above and beyond, the chef helped us design the menu from scratch and food was incredible - all of our guests raved about it! We are so grateful that they were so accommodating, decorated so beautifully for us, and made our wedding day so perfect.
