Visited Indian summer and the experience I had was stunning. Soothing experience which made me so calm. I tried grand thali and it was delicious. It had variety of starters and multiple options in curry. 1 people can sufficiently fulfill their cravings. Really appreciative of the chef and the staff that they have put in so much effort to make their customer feel welcomed. Great place to visit in brighton.

I am so impressed with my meal at Indian Summer. While I’d had the takeaways before (and thoroughly enjoyed), the whole experience was really elevated having visited the restaurant. Friendly, knowledgable staff who could walk us through the menu and offer recommendations, as well as a particularly talented cocktail master behind the bar. Make sure to try the coconut spicy margarita! With its central location and spacious interior, it’s great for groups. That said, it’s an intimate setting and so great for date night too. Be sure to order the ribs as a starter… The meat melted off the bone!

Indian Summer is a must-visit for anyone in Brighton! I recently had the pleasure of visiting 𝐼𝓃𝒹𝒾𝒶𝓃 𝒮𝓊𝓂𝓂𝑒𝓇 𝐵𝓇𝒾𝑔𝒽𝓉❀𝓃 , an award-winning gem nestled in the heart of Brighton. From the moment you step inside, Indian Summer envelops you in an authentic Indian ambiance, adorned with vibrant décor and charming street images that transport you straight to the bustling streets of India. Our dining experience was nothing short of exceptional. The ambiance exuded a welcoming vibe, while the attentive and friendly staff ensured every need was met with a smile. Behind the scenes, the talented chefs crafted a culinary masterpiece, delighting patrons with each dish. We started with their sharing platter, accompanied by additional chicken tikka, setting the stage for the feast to come. For mains, the Grand Thalli stole the show, offering a regal assortment of tantalizing curries, fragrant naans, and delectable chutneys—a true symphony of flavors that epitomized the essence of India on a plate. Even the kids were enthralled by their butter chicken platter, which they devoured with gusto. The food, bursting with flavor, delivered on spice and freshness, each dish presented with meticulous attention to detail. Without a doubt, Indian Summer is a must-visit for anyone in Brighton, whether a local or visitor, seeking the finest in authentic Indian cuisine.

What a perfect evening. We came to Indian summer for a birthday dinner and couldn’t have asked for any better service, atmosphere or menu selection. We had both the vegetarian and the meat thali as well as the sharing starter, it was delicious and very authentic Indian that you don’t get in many places here these days. The mango - prosecco dessert topped it all off. Highly recommend for any occasion. Will be back!

This restaurant is an absolute gem in Brighton. The interior is vibrant and beautiful, bringing a relaxed and fun atmosphere. The food is also the best Indian food in the area by a long way. Cocktails were also unique and enjoyable. Would highly recommend getting the Grand Thali!

Wow wow wow! The food is amazing and the spices 🤤 The staff were attentive and friendly. Customer service is top notch, you don’t find it like this very often. They regularly checked on us and you just get the feeling that they really care. Def worth going so book your table now :) Update: Went here for the second time yesterday. The food is just so good! Waiters are polite and attentive. I had a booking for 6.30pm but was late so gave them a call to let them know. They said it’s not problem they would hold it but would need the table back at 8pm for another booking. Two minutes later he calls me again to say they had a cancellation and I shouldn’t rush as we could have the table as long as we wanted. What a great service!

The standard of Indian food in Brighton is getting very good and Indian summer would have to be right up there. I've now been three or four times and have never had a bad experience, so much care has gone into the menu even by the unique dips served with the poppadoms and the rotis. Really couldn't recommend high enough. I've never booked as it's always been a last minute decision but they've always been as accomodating as they could, and inside is a lot larger than you think for bigger parties or people with wheelchairs.

The staff at the restaurant was incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcome. The level of service we received was truly outstanding, and the quality of the Indian cuisine that we enjoyed was truly exceptional. Our order included the Mamaji chicken and Butter chicken, both of which left us thoroughly satisfied with their delicious flavors. Interior of the establishment was thoughtfully adorned, seamlessly blending ethnic and modern Indian design elements
