Wanted to fill the little one up before we left her at Uni. Saw good reviews for this place, and so pleased we went. The food came out pretty quickly even though they were really busy.
Had to queue for 10 mins to be seated, but just meant we could browse the food they were dropping off at the tables to decide what to have. Beautifully poached eggs and the smashed peas with kale tasted amazing. Oh and the hash browns .... they were amazing. Looking forward to coming back soon.
One of the best hash browns I ever had in my life. Crispy on the outside, soft in the middle, just perfectly spiced and not greasy at all. This combined with the ham hock and perfectly cooked poached eggs, kale and mashed peas made a great brunch. Great atmosphere and customer service too.
Really great food. Sometimes you have to wait a few minutes for a table to be available but it is totally worth it.
There is a medium sized menu with plenty of choices from vegan food to very not vegan food.
The different variants of Eggs Benedict are really tasty and make you want to come back for more.
Great place to have brunch.
Can't recommend this cafe highly enough! There was a line outside waiting as the rain started and no one left - that should tell you how good they are! We especially made this trip down to Brighton to eat here again 😋
Excellent options for vegan and gluten-free dining!
After two visits, Moksha is very consistent and easily one of the best breakfast/brunch cafes in Brighton. The service has been good each time, the staff are very friendly and efficient.
The food is exceptional, well presented and very delicious. The drink selection is also really good, they serve good coffee and I particularly liked the mango lassi.
Definitely worth visiting! Reserve on busy days or expect to wait as this is a popular cafe. :)
One of the best brunch place in Brighton. Cozy environment with great service, allows you to enjoy the fantastic foods in such joyful mood.
Btw, order extra hash-browns. I know it comes with some meals, but you will need the extra piece.
Our friends brought us here as they said they haven’t found a breakfast that has ever lived up to the one they’ve had here.
They weren’t wrong. We had the Ham Hock Benedict and it had beautifully poached eggs, great tasting slow cooked ham, kale, pea purée all topped with hollandaise sauce. Out of this world. Staff are friendly and really know the menu so can make informed recommendations. I would absolutely come here again.
Such a lovely cafe, with a really welcoming vibe. We visited for breakfast and were so impressed, we returned the next day for lunch!
The regular English breakfast and veggie variation were great - solid portion sizes and the homemade beans were fab. The lunch offerings were equally tasty, a favourite being the tofu scramble and hash browns. But the real highlight for us was the sparkling iced tea!
Moksha has become a firm favourite and we hope to return next time we visit!
This is an incredibly popular eatery and the reason is the food, the food, the food! Plus the service, of course.
The staff operate like a well oiled machine by clearing tables and the queues of customers eagerly waiting for a table.
The excellent service continues from when you're seated. The food comes out fairly quickly considering the volume of orders. The quality, freshness and presentation of the exceptionally tasty food is incredible.
Photo is of Tofu Benedict.
Really lovely atmosphere and incredible food. The ham hock was absolutely delicious and so was the eggs benedict. Staff members were polite and accommodating, especially when we realised it was about to rain and had to move inside. Decor is really lovely, everywhere seemed nice and clean.
Our reason for a loss of star is it's rather expensive for the portion sizes of what you receive. £10 for 2 pieces of toast, 2 pieces of bacon, 2 poached eggs and a very small portion of hollandaise sauce definitely feels on the steep end of overpriced.
