Delicious fresh healthy food, vegan and gluten free options, very affordable prices and friendly staff. My new favourite place to eat!

My Husband found this wonderful place and I was lucky enough to get to try the delicious food myself today. My husband tried the Spanakopita and I had the Papoutsakia, both were absolutely delicious and such great value too. We will be back

Not the friendliest place no idea why perhaps it was the Monday feeling. However the food made up for that and was enjoyable. Within an indoor market so quite basic but the prices reflect that so overall I will come again and hope for a nicer welcome and not to have to wipe my own table

This place is outstanding, they consistently serve delicious Greek food to the highest standard. Classic authentic dishes like Spanakopita, Fakes and Chicken Lemonado delight. There are great veggie dishes and home-cooked desserts and it’s all healthy and unwaveringly tasty. Way above average.

We first visited Kouzina when holidaying in Brighton in 2022 and the food was so good, we made a point of returning in 2023. We had a vegetarian Spanakopita (delicious) served with salad and a vegan stuffed peppers, also with salad and also delicious. The food has an authentic Greek ‘home cooked’ taste and portions are generous. The outdoor market (which is under cover) is a nice place to sit in the cool on a hot day. The staff are friendly and welcoming. We will 100% be back when next in town!

Great find for lunch when we explored the Brighton open market, with a very warm welcome. Tasty spinach & feta pie was turned into a generous lunch by spending a whole extra £1 for a good selection of salads on the side. Bargain. Lentil soup warm & filling.

I come from Greece and it was a great relief. Finally quality food , good portion and price , in comparison with the tiny portions and overexpensive meals in other restaurants . Also I tried only one meal for now but it was good and as it is supposed to be aslo in Greece . I had tried an another ( supposedly ) greek restaurant wich had good reviews and they really deceive their customers with food which was supposed to be greek but it was totally not - also just disgusting .People of Brighton, in this place ( kouzina) you will indeed find greek food of good quality as it is supposed to be

Kouzina is far and away the best Greek food you will get in central Brighton. It's healthy, tasty, authentic and consistent. If you want a hearty meal cooked with love, go no further

Had lunch here. Great atmosphere and you couldn't find more authentic Greek cuisine if you tried. Very reasonable price that makes it cheaper than a fast food outlet. Great service.

We discovered this place on a visit to the newly renovated Open Market. The market istelf has had a great makeover and worth a visit when they have a weekend antique/retro day. We only had a light lunch at Kouzina but it was a surprise to find a Greek restaurant there at all. Friendly service and great toasted sandwiches with Greek flavours and ingredients. I only wish we had a bigger meal as the food on the next table looked amazing and a huge portion. It may only be a market cafe but it is fun and a definite positive addition to eating in the London Rd area.

Visited Kouzina in Brighton open market London road. This was my second visit. It's a nice stop off to have lunch or just. Snack either way you cannot be disappointed, from the large salad or hearty soups, lovely meat dishes which I have yet to explore. So here's to another good visit, keep the good work up
