Ask Italian - Brighton

Stayed over in Brighton on Tuesday night and popped in on the off chance of getting a table. We were seated straightaway and received impeccable service from both the guys who served us. Both were friendly and very helpful. Food arrived quickly and tasted fantastic. Overall a very evening had by all. Will use this restaurant on all visits to Brighton in future.

We came here for dinner on a Thursday for a birthday meal. Our Server Michael was amazing and really gave us an outstanding service. One of our group has a Nut allergy, and they were happy to give us the booklet so we were able to check what she could eat and the food came with a sticker to show it was nut free meal. All the food was delicious and they even gave our friend a small happy birthday treat. Thank you for making it such a special meal!

Visited for lunch yesterday and were greeted with a huge smile! The team were all very friendly and attentive, and the food was perfect - delicious as it always is with Ask. Considering we visited during Easter Half term I was surprised that it wasn’t too busy. The decor inside is lovely - clean and fresh looking, and tables aren’t all squished in too closely like some other establishments. Will definitely visit again!

Quirky Ask Italian as feels like you are eating in someone's living room as opposed to a restaurant. Friendly and welcoming staff. Familiar menu with a great range of Italian dishes and drinks. Opted for the Chicken Lecca Lecca for starter, Luganica Sausage & Nduja Tagliatelle for main, and then the Chocolate Brownie for dessert. All washed down with an Aperol Spritz. Perfect.

We ate in the Brighton Restaurant on Ship Street. Cannot fault the experience from start to finish. Made to feel very welcome from the moment we stepped in the door. My husband and I along with our 3 daughters had a brilliant evening. The waiting staff Saul and Alara were amazing and couldn't do enough for us, they made our evening even more special with their outstanding service. Saul took an interest in why we were in Brighton and gave us some great information on the local area. Keep up the good work and keep smiling. The Walker Family.

Since we don’t eat anything containing pork or alcohol they were really nice making changes to our choices and it was really good that we visited the restaurant again for a coffee and dessert. We came for the tiramisu but it has alcohol in it thanks to the waitress who informed us so we ordered brownies and gelato which was good
