went for lunch yesterday with my mum, was exceptionally busy but we were seated very quickly. our order was taken promptly but at no point did we feel rushed. food was spot on. my only criticism is when there's a queue at the door it's a bit difficult to get out after your meal.

quite a fan on the chain. Excellent food quality, taste great and consistent with other branches, service was good, nice ambience and shop is open till late for those who crave late dinner. the only thing that I don't like are these long sharing tables, I usually go with family and prefer to have a separate table for ourselves.

This was my second visit(on my Bday) when I decided to treat myself and this place does tickle my taste buds. Both for non veggies and veggies including vegans, they have a great menu options for all ages and good combos of fruit juices. Sushi s, rice bowls and ramen are must try ones. Staff were polite & courteous. Quick service. Ambience is great. This place has a wheel chair accessible entrance, and is a great place for solo, couples, family or groups.
I ate here yesterday and was worried I couldn’t eat anything as I am allergic to wheat and milk. I was happily suprised that they had a gluten free menu which had a lot of options on, and they sat down with me and worked out which meals also didn’t have milk in. I went for the chicken and prawn pad Thai and it was delicious! I was so happy with how helpful they were, and will definitely go back☺️
It was our first visit to Wagamamas Brighton, it has always been our favourite restaurant so we always try to locate a branch when traveling, You can usually tell the type of service you receive when the food arrives before the drinks, and then the waiter notices I haven't got my meal when my partner has almost finished his.
The menus were filthy, I'd assume once you order and they collect the menus that they would be checked for cleanliness before handing out to the next customer. The staff were friendly, it was a holiday visit so we probably won't visit again.
Very nice - great food and good service. The team was about to close for the night but still allowed us to sit down and order, even though we where definitely too late ...
Really tasty as usual. The staff were excellent and managed to accommodate our table of 9 on a busy Friday. The acoustics are terrible so not easy for conversation.
Food was good, but by the time my main came out, the other two people in my group were nearly finished, and when I asked about how long it would be, they hadn't even started cooking it very disappointing 😒
We have had to queue outside before, but as the weather was foul, we had no problem in getting a table for 3.
Jack served us with good humour and discussed coriander being the devil's food with us.
Our meals were nice and hot and served in a timely fashion.
For those of you who have never been to a wagamamas before, each dish comes out when it's ready, so don't expect all dishes at the same time.
Will define going back again.
Service was sloooooooow, took forever to take our order but staff were having a great catch up. Food was delicious when it arrived so all good in the end.
