We visited your Prince Albert Street, Brighton branch on Sunday 10th as part of a Mother's Day outing. The food was very good but it was the service that was exceptional. Our waitress Sarah was very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Everything was done with a smile and she made the whole experience very enjoyable. Thank you.

I wanted to say thank you to the smiley waitress with sparkly nails who served our table of 6 before we hit the comedy club. It was Saturday night and she was clearly busy. but service was prompt and nothing was too much trouble (she was so patient with our dozens of Tesco vouchers!) It’s rare that you receive such excellent service with a smile these days so I just wanted to give a shout out! The food was also delicious as always. Thank you Pizza Express The Lanes for getting our night off to a great start!

Lovely staff and the food was fab. The acoustics aren't great so it was a bit intense for my son, who has autism, but overall it was a good place to eat as a family

Thank you to the friendly & helpful waitress who served us on a very wet and horrible afternoon! She was really kind and chatty, the food was lovely and it was a nice casual atmosphere. I appreciate that they were unfazed by our group of noisy, excited children after meeting Santa!! :)

Came in for an amazing lunch with friends! We were seated by Felix and promptly served. Rachel guided us though the menu and provided recommendations. Both Rachel and Felix were so accommodating and welcoming, we felt at ease. They are both a credit to your company! Thank you so much for having us!

Dining in is often pleasant here. The actual pizza itself is delicious, it’s always cooked to perfection, finished with a sensible amount of toppings, and is never too hard or too soft.
Regarding service, it can on occasion take a while to get served, so you may end up waiting a while. However, staff are all very friendly, usually happy to assist with allergens, and take your order quickly.
Waiting time for the food to come out is usually about 15-20 minutes in the majority of my visits, which is satisfactory. They deliver your drinks orders first so you can sip whilst waiting.
It’s also usually very quiet inside, not that there aren’t many people, because it is often packed, but it is such a spacious and airy restaurant that actually it is never loud.
The toilets are down a staircase to a lower level of the restaurant, what might be the basement. Sometimes I have noticed the stairs and toilet floors can be wet, but there are usually wet floor signs out.
