WOW an amazing find - went along with other vegan runners after the huge vegan turnout Preston park run- the staff were friendly and the food was absolutely amazing - you must try this wonderful vegan cafe - really healthy options to try too and even better- no plastic in the cafe -the glads straws were fab -the ethic of the cafe is superior- can't wait to go back
My girlfriend and I went in with our puppy. It was a super homely atmosphere in a boho styled setting. All the plants hanging from the ceiling are so interesting to look at too! Amazing hot chocolate which was full of flavour. For breakfast, the lady had the pancakes with a peanut butter based 'Notella', whilst I had the Full Breakfast (probably the best fried mushrooms i've ever had!). We felt very welcome and the staff was very friendly. 100% recommend and I will be popping back in for sure!
Went in for a tasty vegan brunch on a Friday. The staff was lovely and the vibe was welcoming and laid back. The full breakfast scrambled tofu and garlic mushrooms were great. And the smokey beans on toast were hearty and delicious. Finally - the mango turmeric smoothie was excellent - definitely recommend. Well worth a visit!
Delicious food and friendly staff. I had a pot of tea, and my only suggestion would be please serve the milk in something with a lip or spout so it's easier to pour. Other than that, absolutely fantastic!
I had the scrambled tofu, and portion sizes were big.
My friend and I got the tomato and pesto on sourdough and avocado on gluten free toast respectively and they were both really on point and delicious! The kombucha tasted really natural and gut friendly too! So impressed! Staff were really friendly and lovely too. Definitely hope to be back :)
Update: Oat milk Latè £2.90 (2nd highest price in Brighton) small cup with no handle, saucer or spoon, so when I asked for brown sugar I have to use the tiny spoon in the jar and place it on the lid or table making a mess, if there was a saucer with it's own spoon it would be ok, so it was a bit hot to hold from the edges so consider frail people with disabilities. The coffee was very nice. Vegan Breakfast was very good apart from the tasteless tomatoes I didn't eat. Pricing was a tad unclear and a bit misleading (not staffs fault im sure) it was £7.90 but looking at the board it looks like £7.0 as they don't put the 0 after the 9 and the 9 was right next to a line on the board £7.9 when £7.90p makes it clear, nice staff, great cheff, Tofu never tasted so good, Mushrooms, Avocado with seeds n spices was nice, sour dough was a bit tough to cut but was a nice change.
This cafe is great for vegan/veggies and the breakfast is simply delicious ! Staff are lovely and the coffee and tea is divine. Highly recommended.
Lovely staff and amazing food. I always think I’ll want more food but it’s actually really filling!!
Amazing plant based cafe! Everything there is created by community - from coffee cups to aprons. Lost of hanging plants on ceiling for sale as well as artworks of local artists. Hunger & Thirst menu is striking, difficult to say what is the best! Just go there :)
Delicious plant based breakfasts and coffee!! Had the smokey homemade beans on toast and it was amazing!!
Best coffee I had whilst in Brighton. The full vegan breakfast was phenomenal, great value. All the juices and baked goods looked fantastic too. Staff were very friendly and food was fairly fast!
Popped in here at the weekend, as was intrigued by the new place - and very glad I did. Had a mammoth portion of tofu and garlic mushrooms on (ridiculously tasty) sourdough, plus a very good flat white. Rest of the menu looked great too, and the general atmosphere and decor was spot on. An excellent addition to the Brighton food scene, will be coming back for sure.
