Suzuki-San is the OG master. Such a legend of the industry. Huge selection of bottles at very reasonable prices. Despite being such a small bar, almost every time I’ve visited over the years, even on a random mid-week day, I’ve bumped into whisky people I know from all around the world. Tokyo has a lot of great whisky bars, but I always make time for Mash Tun and Aloha.
The Chicken Burger was seriously the best burger I have ever had bar none! Not even joking. The crisp of the chicken, the honey glaze and combo with the mayo and relish was too good!
This is an edit as mashtun replied and its good to hear that you wouldn't have made that decision yourselves. Mashtun is a good bar just the bouncer experience needs to be upped guys were very rude mashtun staff are good though bouncer kicked my mate out because he went to the shop to get food eat it and come back the guy wouldnt let him come back in. I asked why and he kicked me out because i asked why
