I love everything about Sprinkles Gelato. The surface was 10/10, I loved the ice cream and the crepes. Definitely I will recommend it to everyone. Meriam was so professional and so warm.

The food was so good! The crepe is delicious and the gelato’s perfect. But out of everything the service stands out the most! Thank you a lot to Miriam who welcomed us and made our day! She gave us extra scoop of gelato because the student discount was not yet implemented into computer and she couldn’t give it to us:)

My first time here, and i had a great experience!There is loads of different ice cream flavours you can choose from. Spacious and clean place. I had a waffle with biscoff sauce and icecream, and my friend a cookie dough. My waffle was really nice and so was the biscoff icecream. The service Miriam provided us, was outstanding, she was so attentive and approachable. She made sure everything was up to standard, and even came to the table to reassure us if we had any issues we could speak with her. She was so lovely and so was the ice cream she made :)

I recently had my first waffle experience at Sprinkles and was thoroughly impressed. The waffle itself was perfectly crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The rich milk chocolate and fresh strawberries complemented each other beautifully. Plus, the shop has a cozy vibe that makes it a great place to relax.

Practically lived here during my four years at uni 😂 Which, granted, wasn't great from a health perspective but goes to show how good the food is. It's just a sweet tooth's paradise. They did reduce the menu at one point which was a shame, but still loads of great options. My favourite is the sticky situation, which is kinda awkward to order lol, but well worth it 😍 Still prefer it to Creams which now seems to be cropping up everywhere. Team Sprinkles!

A lovely ending to a great day in Brighton! Super helpful service and customising the toppings on my son’s cookie dough was no trouble. Thoughtfully presented food (ice cream served separately from the hot cookie dough was genius!) served quickly on a Friday evening, despite only one member of staff on shift. The mint choc chip shake transported me back to my childhood and my son said the cookie dough was the best he had ever had. A takeaway box was also no problem at all when my son found the portion sizes too generous. Excited to come back next time we visit!
