Great place for brunch. Service is super quick and efficient. Staff are very friendly. Food was tasty and prices are good too. Nice vibes. Good food selection, tasty coffee.
Amazing Sunday breakfast, sitting down the side of the cafe in the sunshine, eating delicious Mexican eggs and full English and tasting great coffees and washing it all down with delicious fresh made juice, couldn’t ask for a better morning spot!
Lovely food, large portions, delicious homemade béchamel, perfectly cooked egg on top of my Croque monsieur.
So filling and freshly made.
Definitely recommend this if you’re looking for value, nice atmosphere and top notch service !
Lovely cafe for breakfast with a 'rustic-modern' feel.
I had probably the best mushrooms on toast I've ever had along with some lovely green tea. The staff were lovely and made us feel very welcome. The menu is simple but perfect for a decent breakfast or brunch without feeling stuffed.
I loved that the downstairs seating was next to the open kitchen, it created a great atmosphere and some beautiful smells. Highly recommended!
I'm not from Brighton so as a "tourist" on holiday for my birthday, just wondered around looking for somewhere nice to have a bite and stumbled on this lovely little gem. Reception upon arrival was very welcoming and kind. Lovely young woman (did not get her name😔) served me almost straight away and made me the most insanely delicious cappuccino I've had in a very long time. I order the Rustic Veggie and the portion size was massive!! Definitely get your monies worth in size and in taste. It was freakin' delicious and absolutely filling. Again, not from Brighton, but when I'm next there I'll certainly be back. 100/100 ✨️
The food and cakes were lovely, a busy Saturday morning brunch. Tips on better service- The male server very good but the lady (red/brown hair) who gave me my coffee was also on her mobile when she ‘dropped my coffee off ‘ at the table chatting to the phone & walked off, so I had go up to the till to ask for sugar. Nobody came back to check the food was okay, and then had to get up to ask for the bill.
Had a late breakfast here and nothing to complain. Enough to chose from on the menu, service friendly and attentive, coffee was fine, no orange juice available (better none than handing out from the bottle and pretending its freshly squeezed), eggs Benedict on sourdough were good, so was the the rest of the orders for my family.
Here's a good coffee and an excellent breakfast. Nice staff too. Some wobbly tables outside and it often gets packed out with good reason. I kept coming back for breakfast over my fortnight in Brighton.
Amazing breakfast we had Mexican eggs ( fried eggs on sour dough toast with feta cheese, chopped onion, tomatoes with a home made chilli sauce all washed down with a great flat white
I tried their 🍳all day breakfast, of mixed meat, veg. it was So Delious. Back again soon for Eggs Royal (2 poached on smoked salmon over toasted sourdough; A little disappointed when uncovered some salmon that had gone - slightly - off !
