Gorgeous chill out zone. Fascinated by a stunning Robert Mapplethorpe book. 😊 Such a shame the great man passed over from Aids. What a waste of a sexy guy. 🤤😋

What a great store. Wonderful selection of books, across a wide range of non-fiction and fiction. And you can sit and have a coffee whilst you browse through a book and make up your mind. Staff are attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. You you could not ask for better!

I Always enjoy spending time here be it with friends or on my own - with a relaxed atmosphere, good coffee and pleasant staff plus being able to browse photo books, what else do I need.!!

One of the biggest, brightest and certainly one of the best bookstores in Britain - that happens to be in Brighton.
And I'd bet my bottom dollar on that!

Several floors of books. If you love books, this is heaven. Reminded me of an old fashioned library, the way they used to be. Easy to find something you want but also great for stumbling across an interesting find! To add to the pleasure a coffee shop is on the top floor!

I love Waterstones book shops. The Brighton branch in particular. Went in looking for a book for my wife, left with six books that I've been dying to read. The staff were super cool.

Lots & lots of books 😁 it's massive!
Do wish there was more seating around the shop cos it is so huge & it'd be nice to be able to sit a bit while browsing.
Nice quiet cafe tho - and toilets !

I come here often with my daughter who loves her books. Whilst she spends her time, which can be an hour or so looking over books I spend my time up at the cafe. I am disabled and they are so helpful. The food they serve is lovely and the cake is scrumptious. The staff are friendly and helpful. If you find yourself wanting a break from the cafe Nero's etc then take yourself upstairs to their cafe. It's a hidden delight.

The staff are absolutely wonderful and so helpful and the range of books is absolutely excellent. The only drawback is the fact the lift is tiny and the stock is quite close together which makes it tricky (but certainly not impossible) to traverse with a wheelchair

Loads and loads of books.
Easy to find different sections. I was looking for books on a particular topic - black and white photography, and I was pleased with the options they had.
They had a cafe there.
Very central location.
Very nice vibe.
Excellent friendly service.
