best staff ever. amazing vegan/ veggie food and what really made it is that the toilets smelt bice. for me thats genius. lovely indepent pub, happily recommend
My first time at kitch-n-Kandi was not a disappointment! Had the zeppelin burger and it was the best burger I have ever had. Love the piston head beer in a tin too!
Hidden away, this gem of a rock bar is definitely one to visit.
The bar area is fairly small, but they have an area upstairs that houses bands. Didn't have time to go up and have a watch, but sounded good. Drinks were cheap and the music was good. Next time I'm in the area will definitely be visiting again.
Have been here for many gigs in the upstairs room, but I haven't tried the food yet (I've heard very good things however)
The staff are always super nice, the selection of drinks is good and it's nice knowing everything is vegan so I don't have to check, and the sound is great for a small venue.
Some of the most intense and sweaty moshpits I've been in have been at The Pipeline, due to the intimate gig space. When it's packed out it's a great atmosphere, and it's a great place to discover up and coming acts.
Food? Service? Leave it out! It’s a gig venue! And a very good one, at that. It’s tiny, but the sound is great, the people are nice and the drinks aren’t too expensive. Always have good bands and promoters here, decent equipment. A great place all round. Clapp
Great little pub in Brighton . Went to find it for vegan food as is 100% plant based meals . Staff were very friendly and recommended the food that I had.
In a small room above the bar you will find a venue that some how contains some of the biggest sounds on the south cost. Often hosts the best gigs on n the south of England making the train journey for London well worth it - when there isn’t a train strike these always a late train to get you home.
Great night of music and new friends, found my spiritual home.
Really cool little venue, gigs are held upstairs in the attic type area and it’s a really unique space. Sound is always great and the techs always go crazy with the lighting, the whole place doesn’t feel like it takes itself too seriously and invites you to have fun, I always enjoy gigs here and it’s a definite must visit if you’re in Brighton.
Loved visiting here for a midweek gig, a small cosey venue with friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere!
Found this place on happy cow! Struggled to find it on google maps but realised we should’ve been looking for ‘the pipeline’ as it’s in there.
Called ahead to see if there were tables, there were - they were preparing for a gig upstairs. The sound check was a bit distracting but nothing we couldn’t handle.
The member of staff was really friendly, he informed us it was the first day of a new menu. There were also specials on the board.
We ordered a house red, a pint, an ultimate burger, a rasher and blue cheezly burger, onion rings and cheezy chips. The service was quick, the food was great, extremely filling and would have everything again apart from the cheezy chips. Everything amounted to the bargain price of £28.
They didn’t have desserts but it was something they were looking into. They kindly advised where for to go to get dessert!
It was a bit cold inside. I didn’t take my coat off until we ate.
If you’re looking for stodgy, filling vegan junk food, come here!
Check out the music listings too if it’s what you’re into.
Fantastic old-school off-beat rock pub with a delicious all-vegan menu of small meals. The atmosphere here is second only to the lovely staff. Love it!
