This is one of the better Neros. It's a comfortable and clean place with indoor and outdoor seating and a back room which is nice. I like the atmosphere of this branch. I always take my own cup and get double stamps instead of discount, which works out well. I recommend this one. The staff are charming here.
Expensive drinks, £1.80 for a bottle of soft drink, £2.60+ for a tea/coffee.
They do a lovely vegan mozerella and sun dried tomato toasted sandwich for £4. A separate knife was used for my vegan food but there seemed some confusion over it so check.
Cleanliness is good, including the toilets. Toilets are downstairs so be warned if you're disabled.
Comfy chairs, free internet, friendly staff.
I found the queueing system a little confusing, staff wanting you at different places of the counter for different things.
Overall, nice food, atmosphere. Nice to pop in but I'd visit somewhere else for a more filling and better value breakfast/lunch.
Everything is amazing in that cafe. However, the service on some days, when there is only one barista, is not what is expected. Today, I stood in the queue to get my coffee for more than 20 minutes. The guy working there seems very overwhelmed and can't handle the job alone. Additionally, cleaning the tables also cannot be done with just one person in the cafe. So please consider hiring more people to get that job done.
