Had a lovely vanilla latte made for me by the sweet young lad with the curly hair at around 3 today! The atmosphere was relaxed and perfect for me and a friend to get some work done! Service was excellent and couldn’t be happier!

The staff here are incredible- always welcoming, kind & attentive! I’ve never had a negative experience but special mention has to go to Ruben, Alison and Alice who have gone the extra mile on numerous occasions!

As many others have commented, the upstairs in this branch is the best thing about it. It’s the reason I went there this Sunday (12 Oct), only to hear that the upstairs was closed at 3pm to allow time ‘for cleaning’ before the closing time …

This is very recently refurbished and there is a load of comfortable seating and new loos. It's really nice here. I use my own cup and that means I get a filter coffee for 49 pence. Very good! I go in here a lot. Best porridge around! Good sandwiches and good vegetarian selection. Recommended. ETA the loos are awful

Very rude staff, I needed to use the toilet, I’m a senior with a heavy trolly they expected me to carry it upstairs! I needed to use the toilet, I clearly said I would be ordering! I’m not a drug addict or homeless person! To be confronted so rudely very bad customer service and embarrassing! More toilet fascism ???
