Loving the new veggie fridge and also the new coconut latte! Please keep them! All that I can think of to improve it for me personally would be to have something that is both vegan and good for IBS. I just found out I have it, and my usual favourites of yours all have beans and falafels and bread which I can't eat now. Something like big vegan sushi roll with avo, cucumber and pepper would be good. Maybe a creamy banana and chocolate dessert.

Love the new veggie/vegan fridge in your stores but not loving the decision to change the miso soup recipe (which was delicious) to one that now includes fish so that it's no longer veggie. Seems an odd decision?

Oh, Pret. How I love thee. This location is great - right by all the shops and buses - plus it's well-stocked and has a good amount of seating. The employees are friendly, and the food is always delicious. Bonus bonus points: clean bathroom. Yay!

Pret does exactly what it says on the tin - offers fresh, healthy, wholesome sandwiches, salads and soups on the day they were made. No preservatives, no MSG, no nasty surprises. I've eaten at branches in Manchester, Liverpool, London & Edinburgh and I've got to say my local branch is probably my favourite. Its a shoe-box compared to the size of most of the other branches but the staff are great. They smile. They laugh. They give you a refund if the quality isn't as good as it should be. And they give you free soup when they only have half a portion left. Pret is also one of the few chains that offers genuinely tasty veggie, vegan and gluten free food. The warm falafel wrap is usually lovely and the butternut squash and humous, no bread, salad is divine. My only grumble is the lack of music. I would love to hear some Jackson 5 or Supremes next time I go in!

Not many people know, but Pret à Manger is actually the French phrase for "Devour these delicious treats". I only discovered Pret in the last couple of years, as they don't seem to have one in the Midlands, though I am probably wrong by now. I am always impressed by the freshness of the food; the fact that it seems healthy and the speed in which you can enter, purchase and leave is phenomenal. The staff are polite, the store well laid out, which is great, as you can avoid massive queues if your lunchtime is limited. I think some of the prices are quite high, but then again, 99p for a coffee is pretty darned good. I have only sat in the store once, as I usually go there when time is of the essence. To be honest, it is a little cramped and can be difficult to find a seat. Otherwise though, I am a big, big fan of Pret. Fin.

Favourite place to grab a drink and a bite. FABULOUS Avocado Wraps - containing avocado, shavings of parmesan, spinach, pine nuts, basil, tomato, chunks of cucumber - delicious! The Earl Grey Tea is also really special, much nicer than any other you can get at eateries. They also have a LOVE BAR - a delicious tempting semi-healthy treat, containing cereals, pumpkin seeds, vanilla, choc chunks and caramel ....yum!

This is very recently refurbished and there is a load of comfortable seating and new loos. It's really nice here. I use my own cup and that means I get a filter coffee for 49 pence. Very good! I go in here a lot. Best porridge around! Good sandwiches and good vegetarian selection. Recommended. ETA the loos are awful

I have been a regular visitor since late November 2021, having decided to get a subscription. I'd like to point out two amazing staff members who are very well mannered and are always providing great customer service even when having to deal under a great amount of stress. Claire is an astonishing Barista, perfecting my beverages and bringing them to me with politeness and, on top, a positive attitude. I feel very welcome as a customer. Dave's practical work and knowledge of Pret A Manger has been super helpful. He gets to know his customers very well, quite often knowing what regular visitors would like, which is astounding, especially in times of busyness. I'd like to give thanks for their hard work and dedication.

I’ve been using the pret coffee subscription daily for almost 2 years and I’ve been impressed with every single visit to this branch. They can get out coffees in record times, have an extremely friendly team who give great service, and are overly generous and caring to their loyal customers 🩷 big love for this team and location

This is a very good pret, in a great location Quick service and fresh food. It has a really big and light seating area upstairs with decent WiFi speed, plug sockets with USB charging ports Not so much background noise so you can make calls if needed

I had some lunch on the way to a múzeum. Chef's salad, latte, almond croissant and Kombucha drink. Nice and fresh everything as expected. Toilet is acceptable. One thing is really annoying, when you are alone and go to toilet and you can't hang your coat and bag.

Liked it. Did what Pret's do. Hard to comment further really. Lots of seats behind the counter if you need to sit down.

Great Vegan food and the best coffee around, well equal with Cafe Nero, never disappointed, whether it's Brighton, Portsmouth, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Luton or London 😁 I love the place
