Sandwiches and wraps are absolutely delicious! Coffee was really quite lovely, and it's a nice vibe to sit in the window and watch the world go by!
Unfortunately, I didn't have the greatest service from the lady serving, but it was still an enjoyable stop for food and drink!

Delicious fresh food - great selection of sandwiches, salads, and pastries. I used Frankie’s for a corporate lunch and will definitely be using them again - they couldn’t have been more accommodating or helpful, and my colleagues commented on how tasty and fresh the food was. Highly recommend!

Not super wheelchair accessible inside but there is outdoor seating.
The staff in here are lovely and they made me a iced roobuis tea because I can't drink coffee often. Thank you so much for making me this! I will be back.

Been going to Frankie’s for a couple of months now. Really Great coffee and the homemade sausage rolls are to die for. Would recommend. Staff also really friendly and interesting!

This is my favorite sandwich shop in Brighton. Sooo delicious, well priced, and all of the ingredients are always fresh. I recommend the buffalo mozzarella, pesto, tomato and avocado sandwich on your choice of bread... it is *chef's kiss* delish!

Had the most amazing sausage roll in the world to date, cost £2.90 but was well worth it, in fact a hour later I brought another.
