Nice spot right near the buses and rest of the shopping and walking areas in the centre of town, enough tables and chairs for a quiet time or a perch stool area for looking out over the street. Quick service if not too busy, always a favorite one in this location.

I mean, it is alright, decent coffee ☕️ but that place it definitely needs a makeover. My friends and I find the toilet downstairs a bit scarry to go to, dirty, no toilet roll, some weird people, and upstairs there's less places where to sit. Customer service, it depends on who's working there, but it is decent overall.

Very popular and trendy beautiful staff!!! Very comfy inside and perfectly situated in the heart of Churchill Square, I love the tiny dinky pots of Mac 'N' Cheese - truly scrumptious!!!

Typical Cafe Nero, great coffee and friendly staff.
Also nice and clean.
Just one note for people with mobility issues the toilet is down a narrow staircase.

Nice bar stool area for sitting in and views across towards Churchill Square, nice and warm in the sunshine while sitting outside or indoors in the bar stool area. Only could do with more toilets on the ground level not in the basement. However a great place to see and get a few views from.
