Aji Sushi - Brighton - Photo album

One of my favorite upscale sushi houses in Brighton. Great selections of sashimi as well as traditional grilled Yakitori and yakiton. Great contemporary saucy fusiony rolls too. You can also order on Uber eats, but IMO its way better in-house. Might be the sauces not traveling well not sure but stil
By far the best Sushi in Brighton and Hove! Would highly recommend. The Aji Poke bowl is the perfect light lunch full of tasty, fresh ingredients. Or if you fancy sushi try the Rock' n roll or One The Drive duo - both incredible! Grab a seat in the window and people watch or sit on the pass to watc
My wife surprised me with a dinner out on a Monday evening and had booked a table for us at Aji Sushi. It was somewhere I had always passed and wanted to try but had never got round to it. I was a little unsure when we arrived as there was only one other table of people eating, although it is small
The service is great and the food is good. We went for the all-you-can-eat offer and it didn't disappoint. Basically you get a reduced menu to choose from, it includes good options and basically you can order as much as you want. The only problem (and this is why I rate 4/5) are the young chefs, the
A very efficient, newbie waitress who definitely works well under pressure and the food that's a treat to the pallet! (I'm not a person with a sweet tooth, but the sesame ice-cream is definitely a dessert I'll be coming back for!) Thank you!
Incredible fresh tasty food! Happy and friendly staff. Lovely atmosphere. Will definitely go again!!
Excellent, Excellent. Have just eaten at Aji Sushi, we were meant to eat at Tropical Sushi but they were closed . Hopped on the bus to Hove, three fresh, flavoursome (thank Mark Wiens for new words) dishes later, fully converted. Please try the Volcano hot octopus dish, if you have never had hot sus
Lovely ambience and very friendly staff. This place offers a good selection of sushi: both classic staples and options with a modern twist. Worth knowing: BYOB available if you in the mood for a stronger drink.
Pre booked a table of 11 made up of younger kids, older kids and adults including a wheelchair user. Food was decent and staff were happy to accommodate as they didn't have a specific kids menu but adapted a couple of the dishes to make them smaller. I didn't have dessert but those who did felt that
Only ever had their take away lunch box sushi deal which has been amazing! looks small but so filling.
Goodness, this is some very high quality sushi. I love the attitude of the folks here not to mention the servers are incredibly on it. I'll love to come back again, I didn't have any but the cocktails looked tasty.
The food here is really wonderful. Creative flavour combinations, beautifully presented. Nice range of cold and hot sake and YUMMY mochis for desert.
One of the best sushi spots in brighton, high quality & friendly staff 10/10 🙌🏼
Excellent vegan sushi board and very nice wine. Really lovely restaurant, nice ambiance and you can see all the sushi being freshly prepared which is great. Wonderful experience and will definitely be back again.
Excellent find. Authentic well run small bisiness with amazing food and choice. Great value too!
I went recently as part of group of work colleagues for a Christmas meal. I arrived at 7.30 pm but when I asked in the Restaurant where we were seated they didn’t know as the table wasn’t ready. I looked around for colleagues and eventually we were seated. The meal was lovely from the soup to the ma
